I ordered multiple items from this company including several small bags of different protein chips. When I received my order the bags of chips were smashed flat in the bottom of the box with other products on top and then packing paper crammed into the box. I have had multiple emails back and forth with the business. They have told me there is no way their staff crushed the bags because they monitor their packing staff closely. Im another email they also told me they arent responsible for packing issues. So Im not sure which is correct, they didnt package it wrong and monitor their staff closely so Im a liar about receiving the items in poor condition. Or they arent responsible when it is packaged wrong. They even sent me ideas of how to used the crushed chips as breading and other recipes, if I wanted breading I would of ordered breading. They have been extremely condescending during the process and even told me not to order heavy items with things like chips. The heavy items theyre speaking of was a bag of calcium chews, similar to individual caramel candy chews. So instead of them packaging them separately or putting the chips in a box inside the shipping box they blame the customer for ordering the items they needed. I was willing to work with them when I originally contacted them but their blatant avoidance of responsibility and disrespectful emails have offered no solutions. Eventually they offered 5% off of a future order. Their customer service is awful, I will not be making anymore purchases. If I could attach the emails to this complaint I would.
