I received a letter today at my workplace saying that I won an award and that I should visit a website to fill out my personal details in order to featured in their editorial as a top nurse. I am a brand new graduate, so I was convinced that it was spam and did not reply. I have not shared my workplace information with anyone that I do not personally know, so I do not know how this business managed to track down my information. Any further attempt to solicit money from me will be considered harassment and result in further complaints.

Received a pretty benign looking letter stating I won an award. In the letter it said that since this was an award there would be no charge for being featured as a top nurse. I filled out the information and I was later contacted by a representative. After an interview, I was asked for my credit card information and given several very expensive options. I declined and let the representative know I didn't appreciate being told I won an award only to be pressured into purchasing a very expensive package. She was very insistant that she didn't want me to miss this "grand opportunity". I hung up and thought the ordeal was behind me. However, they started to call my place of work to ask for me. I never provided the number to my work place only a name as part of the interview. I'm a nurse practitioner and my staff kept getting calls for me. In no way is this ok. I have told them several times that I am no longer interested and feel I am being harrassed at work. The people who work for this company should feel ashamed of themselves for targetting hard working individuals. I want the calls to my private number and workolace to stop.

I had gotten a letter in the mail several months ago about being selected as a "Top Nurse" in the area of ********** ** I thought this odd, but the letter was relatively benign, so I filled out the information provided and awaited a response. I completed a call today from a member of this Organization. After obtaining information about my schooling, work history and why I became a nurse she brought up payment for their services. She began talking about several packages that where astronomical in price when compared with other professional nursing organization. After expressing several times that I was not interested in making large payments the representative told me they would sponsor me for the "Diamond" package which started at 700+ dollars. With the sponsorship the charge would be approximately 41 dollars a month. Against my better judgement I allowed for the charge to take place. The charge initially did not go through as the representative entered the card information wrong. While correcting the information I received a notice form my bank for a charge of *****. Before I could question the representative about the increase from the originally agreed upon monthly price she had went ahead and charge the card again. While talking to the caller I decided to look up the organization and found several news articles and poor reviews on the BBB with similar complaints and experiences. I immediately asked for the payment to be cancelled and was transferred to a ***************** representative". This individual did not identify themselves after being asked to and continued to pressure me to stay with the organization. I had to ask four separate times for the payment to be reversed and with each time the person became more and more short with me. Upon the fifth time of me demanding the charge be revered she stated she would reverse the charge. As of today 3/9/21 I will be giving the organization three days to reverse the charge before contesting it with my bank.

I was contacted on 12/15/21 by ***************************** from International Nurses Association She had tried to call me several times before this date. I finally decided to call back. She claimed she was my account director. The conversation started out by saying I had been nominated for an award for Top Nurses. She gathered all of my personal information about my career and my schooling. She said I would be named in an online book. After, she collected all my info, she then went on to explain their platinum and diamond memberships and the prices. After she explained them, she wanted to know which membership I wanted to purchase and that the platinum was 553 and the diamond was 800 (not sure of the exact amount). She noted that a nice plaque comes with the diamond membership. I said that is an expensive membership, and I asked if I needed to decide now if I wanted to be a member? She said well in order for her to publish my info and send it down to editorial, that I had to pay now. She said well since you cant decide, Ill sign you up for the platinum membership which is 553 and then ***** monthly payments, and she would throw in the plaque for free. I foolishly said yes. The charge on my card was for ****** processed on 12/31. She claimed that there were taxes included after she told me 553. She told me, I would receive my plaque and welcome letter in the mail. I have yet to see anything. Ive attempted to call her at the number she provided, and I cant get anybody to answer. I tried sending a message through the website about cancelling my membership and getting a refund. I havent heard anything from anybody.
