Happily Running cancelled a race they had already collected registration fees, the ****** **** ********* scheduled for August 2022. The event was cancelled because they failed to get the required permits to run the event. In November 2022, they sent an email stating they intended to fully refund entry fees. I emailed Vinny C******** (co-founder) of the company, asking for a refund in February 2022, after they did not provide a refund for my entry fee. They said they could provide it in a couple weeks. I've emailed several times since that time (February, March, and June) and Vinny has not responded. I paid $134.38 on June 23, 2022.Customer response
