This business sells rotten products, its packaged so you cannot tell until you take it home and open it. They refuse any acknowledgment or responsibility as the seller about making people sick. I bought frozen products with mold, fruits with mold, and they claim they are sending us this product from *****/******** so what can we do? The manager of this place refused to take back mold covered product or listen to the complaint, he said go ahead and try, you cant do anything to harm me I cannot believe they are able to get away with this? This is not right, people can get seriously sick.Customer response

I would like to complaint about food that I bought at the supermarket Apna Bazar ************************************* Phone ************ I bought 2 lbs each bag flour of 5 different variety of grains to make roti (tortillas)When i made the roti at home I found presence of sand in the roti.I called the store and told them that the flour is not good and contains sand particles.Not good for human consumption.I called a few times but was unable to speak to a manager I spoke to supervisor named Parthibha at the store, she said she will inform the manager.On the weekend i took the mixed flour in the can to the store and met with the supervisor parthibha at the store. I asked to speak to the manager and she said none was available at that time.I left the can full of flour about 10 lbs with her at the store.They would not honor the refund my money. nor a substitute flour or any other food product Thus i wanted to write to your office. I need either refund of my money or store creditBusiness response

Customer total amount is for 4 flours total are $12.46,we will be return on her account and additional concerns of customer are as below :-
Acknowledge customer concerns
State the facts as you see them and avoid emotion
Explain the actions you can and can't take to resolve concernsHere is an asnwer from company:-
We have store policies that anything customer want to return bring the reciept,if not by chance customer lost the receipt thats absolutely ok, we still consider if customer have any packed item so that we can recognize that what item customer bought it and it is not good and we gave them credit but here in this case she brought all 4 flours back and mixed it and we dont know that this flour belongs to which company ,what is price and which 1 flour is bad because she has mixed all flours and brought in container here and in our area we have 3-4 more indian stores and we dont know that she bought it from which store because that time she asked she dont have receipt,but she found later on,if she had the receipt she should bring it here so that we can resolve her problem at the same time and we have checked all paras flours at our end ,all are absolutely good,there is no concern.thanks

Customer paid by credit card
gave the transaction date and The amount
Does business not have any record of the transaction?
the business can trace the transaction and see what all item was bought in the transaction
I understand if I paid with cash then it would be hard to trace
the customer service of the business is shameful
customer not after the small amount of money
Business has to build reputation and provide good customer service
in america good customer service is honored and fundamental in our country
customer was telling truth but business was not trusting the customer
business as a good gesture of customer service could have said please take store credit and get any other thing
business can very well look in the transaction of the credit card and see what items was bought
does business not keep record of credit card transactions?
is it not mandatory to keep transaction for certain time period
or just discard them the next day?
I would like to have contact of CEO or President of the Apna bazar
Ask for better customer service experience
in addition I am waiting for the Consumer affairs to handle this case
and federal food and drug administration office for the adulterated human food
please also give me the product companys contact information
i will also find out state and federal authority who manages business transaction record keeping for tax purposes and other purposes
