      As per the airline travel guidelines airlines let you take one personal item that is not part of your carry-on weight limits. I was forced to shuffle my carry-on and personal items into a checked-in bag which caused baggage overweight charges of $125.13 on the flight from ****** to *** on Mar 19th 2024. The airline didn't publish the personal item guidelines and I carry the personal items backpack that I usually carry with all other airlines. Booking Ref# ****** - ************

      Hello dear **** ***:Hoping all are fine.Upon my call to customer service on the 24th of April. I asked the employee whether I could book for Saudia Arabia trip while booking my ticket. I got confirmation that it's fine as long as my **** is valid.However, the customer service didn't tell me that my F1 student is not acceptable Now, I booked the ticket, I left my house, I took a vacaOon and booked a hotel and NOW I LOST ALL the information.Now even people at the counter couldn't change the date of my ticket, although the booking was still running till 1:50, because of inaccurate information.NOW Please I need to defend my Ocket to the nearest date, especially if it could be on the 14th;however, the counter employee couldn't log on. I am facing lots of troubles, is ms studying I am not a business or merchant.

      I booked a flight From ** to *************** last December 15, 2023 on Saudia airlines using their official website. I received confirmation via email for flight leaving *** at 1600 or 4:00 pm on February 18, 2024. I arrived at the airport well before 1600 or 4 pm but was informed the flight had left at 11:00 am or 1100. I double checked the confirmation email against the eticket attached to the email and there were different departure times. Normally, a passenger will go by the information on the booking confirmation. I contacted the airline but they refused to rebook me on the next available flight without charging me penalties and the price difference which would be more than double the original price i paid for the ticket. I tried to explain that i missed the flight because they provided me with incorrect information but they refused to waived the penalties for missing the flight. The delay has caused me stress and anxiety plus expenses arising from hotel cancellations, airport transportation and return flight cancellations. They did not offer any help or compensation for the mistake they committed and instead wanted to charge me more money to correct their error.

      I booked a flight tickets from ** to ***** for me and my family, from third party company located in ***** , Saudia airlin3 cancel my flight at the date that I booked, I called the agent to change the dates that rescheduled from Saudia airline and they informed me that they can change it because the ***** government change the policy and that no airlines ir agent can book any new flights or rebook or rescheduled if the first destination not ***** because they have shortage in the dollar currency, I tried to call Saudia airlines many times from ******* like the agent told me call them from your first destination which is NY to rescheduled your tickets and they will help you , but they refuse to help me and they told me your agent should make the changes for you , I tried to explain the situation that the agent in ***** and even the Saudia airlines in ***** can't help us because the new government rules with supported documents and with no hope and no help , now my tickets got canceled and I can't get help from my end with my tickets under my name , this is so much frustrating. I need help to rescheduled my tickets! All i need to Reschedule my tickets to be on 7/2/2024 to 8/2/2024 Thanks

      ******************************* and I (*********************************) bought a Saudia flight from *** to ******* for $2,017.44 total using the Chase travel portal on 10/30/23. The dates for the trip are 2/1/24 to 2/10/24, and the trip ID is *********. The flights are SV 20, SV 848, SV 847, SV 23. We saw on 1/4/24 that Saudi Arabia has a Level 3 travel advisory from travel.state.gov due to terrorist attacks in the cities where our trip has layovers, so we called Chase on 1/5/24 to ask about the cancellation policy. Since the agent did not call back even though they said they would, we called again on 1/12/24, and the agent said we would qualify to have all the money back using a waiver, since we should not be traveling through Saudi Arabia for safety reasons. We asked them to send us the email correspondence with Saudia Airlines about the waiver, but ******* said they had an internal email they could not share. ******* later called Saudia Airlines on 1/12/24, and the agent said they will send us the waiver, but got rude and refused to give an exact date. ******* called ******* back on 1/17/24 to say that they were not sure they could give us a waiver. They said they will have the same agent call back again. We were promised the waiver and our travel budgets depend on it. Now we wont be able to get a new flight because of this several-week-long delay in getting the waiver, and the flights have gone up hundreds of dollars.       Hello!I had booked a round to ***** from Washington to ***** through Budget Air on Saudia ******. On trip from Washington to ************* missed my connection to ***** from ******. I bought a whole new ticket to ****** to *****, since it was my fault. On the day return when I go the airport they said my return flight was cancelled by Saudia. I called Budget Air and they said they have no information as Saudia airline has taken over. I call Saudia and asked how can they cancel my ticket without my permission and not let me know that my tickets were cancelled. At this point I am stranded in a unknown city without a ticket to fly home. I requested Saudia to accommodate me and get me a spot on the same flight. They said they have Business and the cost is $2100. I do not have that kind of money, I pleaded and they said sorry. I have to be back at work and I am stressed and looked for the cheapest way to get home. I found a ticket for $1100 to fly ho**** called Saudia again to compensate my travel and refund my ticket from they as they cancelled without my knowledge and did not care to inform **** humbly request you to get me a full refund of my round trip through Saudia $768 and my one way ticket $1100 plus compensation for all the stress and inconvenience.Please help! Being stranded in an unknown city was stressful and not helping me for their negligence was terrifying.

      Hello, on April 1, 2023, I phoned Saudia airline customer support. The chat was in Arabic, my native language, so there was no uncertainty. I inquired about a service called Amara, and the customer care representative inquired about my ***** I informed him that it was a student ***** F1, which I repeated several times to ensure it was clear, and he informed me that I could board the flight without registering for a Saudia Tourist ***** Bad, the airport crew was very discriminatory and unsupportive; they canceled my flight due to their mistakes and charged me cancellation fees, despite the fact that it was their employee mistake; employees are unaware of their immigration regulations and provide customers incorrect information;

      I have been trying to book a flight for my family in the Saudia website for the last 4 days. When I search for the flight to ******* it give me a price range of about $5000-6000 USD for my family of 6. However, it seems like it is impossible to pay for the ticket. When I get to the payment screen it just says they are having technical difficulties. I have tried many different cards and browsers - nothing has worked for 4 days. I have found a Saudi number where they said that they could help with the payment, but when they gave me the their price it was over $9000USD for the same flight. When I was able to get the reference number to show them the online price that I had that was on 'hold' for a short period of time, they then proceeded to tell me that this was an online price only. If I wanted that price I would need to pay for it through the website. Of course, that was impossible to do. But they said if I were to pay over the phone it would be the price that they had which was over $9000.I see that Saudi is rebranding and I am wondering if this is a false advertising campaign. Can anything be done about this?

      I bought 2 air tickets from ***** - ***** for Dec ***** with a stopover in ******. I clicked on the Free Evisa link while booking the ticket but there was a problem with the website. I made the reservation and then I have been calling customer care for 2 hours now to ask to check if they can add it, they said No. I tried chatting online and it is all automatic and nobody is responding. I tried Whatsapp and it is not working. I even asked if they can cancel my reservation so I can make the booking again, and nobody can cancel the reservation for me. Can somebody please help me? I am very very troubled.

      I had travelled from *** to ****** on 9th of January. There were 5 passengers . Me, my spouse , two kids and a infant. When we reached madina on 10th Jan , we did not get our luggage. There were 5 luggage missing and we just got 1 on the 3rd day.4 are still missing as of Feb 06th 2023. I had submitted a complain number at the madina airport. Also raised a ticke with them. Its been 28 days and the luggage is still missing. I had lot of valuables in the luggage. I had to buy everything at the arrival city to survive with my 3 kids. The airline has not yet answered to my emails and phone calls.
