Horrible customer service - received defective merchandise and they would not pay for the return. Plus they have not signed me up for magazines as a "thank you." I did not want these publications and it took me over two hours to research and get them cancelled. Thankfully the media company was EXTREMELY helpful. We are happy to provide our customers with a bonus gift of a free one-year subscription to a particular magazine with any purchase. The magazine itself changes every few months. If you do not want this gift, you have the option of removing it from your cart prior to checkout.Please rest assured that we did not send any of your payment information to the magazine company, as we would never jeopardize any of your payment information. The only information that we provided the magazine company was the shipping name and address. You will not be liable for another year's subscription and if you do not wish to keep the current subscription, you may cancel it at any time. If you would prefer, we would be happy to cancel the subscription on your behalf.We apologize for any and all confusion or concern that we may have caused.Review from Shineque B

This online business has my account linked with another order that does not belong to me and has cancelled my order. This has to be an illegal business practice and has banned me from ordering. The customer service team refuses to correct it. This has be illegal. I would like the BBB to look into this and have this company update its records. They refused to provide the information related to the order that links me specifically only indicates that the order is fraud. Please be ware of placing orders with this company as they have poor customer service and never resolves their issues only apologizes and disconnects the callsCookie's Kids Response

I ordered from them and never received my items and all they did for weeks is give me a run around and never refunded me my money for the summer clothes I ordered for my grandson. Worse company to deal with ever. They will steel your money.Cookie's Kids Response

I placed an order with Cookies Kids through *******.com in February. When I received the item, it was the incorrect item. I contacted Cookie's Kids & was told it was a listing error with ******* & the item I actually ordered was not available, I was told to take a picture of the item & would receive an email with instructions on how to return the item & receive a refund to my credit card. I took the picture & submitted it, after about 2 weeks of waiting on the email, I emailed them again * was told I had received my refund to my credit card. I responded to tell them that I had NOT received my refund & was pretty much told yes I had received ********* sent me what was suppose to be a copy of the credit. Upon looking at the information they sent me, it was for a different person, item, price, address. I then called ************************* was confirmed that I had NOT received my refund & that the person doing the emails was confused. I received the email with return information right away. I returned the item promptly, after waiting about 2-3 weeks & still no refund, I emailed them again. Was told once more that I had received an ********** refund on 4/4. I have NOT received either to this date. I emailed again letting them know about this horrible experience & still no response.Terrible customer service!!Cookie's Kids Response

Exchange items Process extremely disappointing. I was given an RMA, just asked the new sizes and that I would pay $7.00 for shipping label to return products (optional). Received an email stating "Unfortunately, one or more of the items that you wished to have sent as a replacement are no longer available", when I check the site, one of them was available, when I called and chatted with **************** I was told that I needed to pay the new price (even though it was their error for not sending me the exchange. The manager said that I needed to pay new price even if exchanged, but customer service did not mentioned this and confirmed sizes were available when I called, and it was their error in the first place. They should have sent tye 5/6 size available, or mentioned about charging me a higher price. I hope this does not happen to you.Cookie's Kids Response

We do note on our ************* page, as well as in the return instructions emailed when an RMA is created, the following:Please understand that our products sell out quickly, and merchandise once eligible for exchange *** not be available by the time your return reaches us. If the item you originally purchased is unavailable at the time we receive your exchange, you will receive a refund.We also note on our ************* page that promotional codes do not apply to exchanges. This means that if the item you requested was in stock at the time your return was processed, you would have been charged the full price for the exchange item. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. They will send you the wrong items and incompleted sets. Then once you return the items they will NOT refund you even after they confirm they have your return. It's been over 60 days since I returned me items and still NO REFUND. Their excuse, "our return team is very busy". They are THEFTS. **** in customer service is horrible.Cookie's Kids Response

I ordered a bottle ****** that was advertised on their website. I did not look at any other items on the site. I checked out and the website somehow changed my order to something that I hadnt even looked at. Once I realized it, a couple of hours had gone by and the shipping had already been processed. I was also charged a different amount of money since someone decided to change my order. When I called, I was told they couldnt stop the order but that I could return it. When I explained what happened I was told that it was a problem with my phone and an issue with cookies and iPhones(apparently this happens a lot) .. but not an issue with their website. I later explained that the bottle ******* I ordered were being discontinued and wanted to order them before they were gone. I was then told that they didnt carry those items, despite them showing available on the website, but that it was still an issue with my phone and not the website. So I waited for the package and when I went to go print the return label to return the item, I logged into the website only for it to not show I had ever ordered anything so I couldnt print the label to ship it back.Cookie's Kids Response

I placed 2 orders from cookieskids one was $70 and the other was $312 I did receive 2 pkg with the 2 order number but the biggest order I got nothing while I got only one of the order split in 2 with 2 shipping number so therefore it was their fault someone did not put in my order someone played with my stuff they keep telling me it was delivered etc 26lb pk gone missingCookie's Kids Response

I ordered $85.25 worth of clothing from this company on September 13, 2021. I never received the clothes. I emailed them, got no response. I called to inform them. They blamed ****** I stated I worked from home, there's no way those clothes were delivered to my house. They stated they would file a report with ****** at this point I have not heard back from this company. I filed a dispute with my credit card company because several reviews online report a similar experience. DO NOT ORDER from this store!Cookie's Kids Response
