I have been working beside this builder for close to 5 months. Ive had a few issues but I let it slide because of the bigger picture. Well today, I pulled up to the site and had seen workers doing something that was in the builders scope. I had asked a few questions to ensure that what they were doing would be sturdy enough for what I was eventually going to mount to it. It was no where near sturdy enough. It was still in a place where we could sturdy it up and I had asked them to please install rebar to secure it from tipping over. That phone call with ******* went something like this. Thats not in my scope I replied it must be because it is not in mine. Then he said forget it we are done working with you. Ten minutes later, he had his crew digging it back up, to which I took a short video of. The guys working were great guys and really did not like what they had to do. Moral of the story, my job is being delayed now and theres more issues Im going to have to have them fix, but I doubt at this point that they will. I will do whatever I can to not have to work with someone who does shoddy work and also leaves you high and dry over a suggestion. I would have bought the rebar and put it in. But it was too late. Please find yourself another person to run these projects. That was not necessary at all.

Please keep in mind this was $10 extra dolllars to secure thousands worth of security equipment. Raising this concern only made me wonder about the other places they didnt secure things. Basically they had poured a paver stone. Which will not hold a pedestal up and keep it up for years to come being it was only 3 inches deep and 16x16 squared sitting on top of dirt. Im leaving this review to help others as I have no way of reaching the owner to let him know what transpired today. I did also verify their scope of work with everyone that has access to scopes. And that being said, they were paid to do this job and to do it right. When asked to please do it right, the companies stance was to undo it and walk away for good. Leaving me, and our mutual customers in the dark.
