My Dad passed away December 2016. He had no cash on hand and or insurance . I had to get a GoFundMe to assist me whi the services . He was cremated and promised to be held in care until the owner *** ******************** received a balance due since NYCHRA didnt provide the remaining balance as they anticipated. I contacted them on 2017 to assure them I didnt forget about my dad and or that his remains was abandoned. She tells me his body was disposed of 4 months after when she and I spoke In October 2017. Im beyond DIGUSTED knowing that my father was disposed off in an unmarked grave without prior warning and or notice ! Im in the process of seeking LEGAL REPRESENTATION.Customer response
