Order #****** placed on 4/23/22. Order confirmed 4/23/22. $59 paid via paypal and deducted from my account 4/24/22. Advised on 4/29/22 "Your order is on the way. Track your shipment to see the delivery status. View your order or visit our store ***** tracking number: ************. Items in this shipment Vital Rapid Hair Growth 1 Rapid 2oz Vital Hair Combo 1". Filed complaint with PayPal 5/11/22(*** * ** *********), I was promised on 5/24/22 that my merchandise would be sent the following week. On 5/28/22 I requested. a refund instead because by this point, I had no faith in this company. or nor did i believe anything they said. I should have read the reviews instead of taking my daughter in laws word. What is interesting is that on 5/24 I was told that the items had not been processed by **** due to warehouse issues and would be sent the week of 5/30/22 but **** claims it was delivered 4/29/22. However, if you look into detailed tracking it is still pending. The **** virtual assistant advises I contact the seller as they do not have the package. So as you can see, I'm not trusting this company in any way.Customer response
