Date of Transaction: 10/25/2021 Reason: Hired for transportation for bride and groom for wedding on 7/24/22 Total Paid: $330.72 Reason for Complaint: We had a change in transportation needs and, according to the signed contract/receipt, we had up to 48 hours prior to the event to cancel for a full refund. I contacted them on 4/1/22 to let them know I would like to cancel my reservation and they did not respond. I contacted them again on 4/6/22 to which they finally responded and stated they initiated a refund for me (I paid through ******) and they said it would take **** business days. I contacted them again when no refund was received on the 10th business day (4/21/22). A couple hours later I received notification on ****** that they finally initiated a refund and it would take a couple of business days to process. On 4/26/22 I received a ****** notification that the refund was cancelled to which the vendor stated that I cancelled the refund. However, when I contacted ****** they stated that the only way a refund could be cancelled was on the part of the vendor or due to insufficient funds from the account supplying the refund. I have been in contact with the vendor several times following this date and they continue to give me excuses or do not respond. ALl correspondence has been documented through email. I have attached the full conversation, the transaction documentation from ******, and the original paid contract.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
In reference to ID ********, I found and contacted to company's CEO via LinkedIn and he immediately refunded my money (still upholding the business's excuse though) plus compensation for troubles.
