      Before ordering from this company, I read numerous good reviews on their products and their return policy, so I took a chance and ordered 2 clothing items, on separate dates. I received the items separately (1 was shipped on 7/3 and the other 7/8). As soon as I received the first item, I went on line to request to return the item, and although it says that a response re: the return will be received within 48 hours, I never received a response of any kind (I constantly checked my junk mail as wel)l. I waited ~ a week, resubmitted a return request and again no response. When I received the 2nd item and went on line to request a return and refund, I also included a note that I was awaiting a response to a first return request submitted a couple of weeks prior and if I didn't hear back, I would be contacting the BBB. this was 7/31/23 and I have not received any correspondence.

      2/27/2023 I purchased three garments totaling $134.97. The items arrived March 18,2023. I would like to return them for credit but this company provides no vehicle to accomplish this. The items are not as represented and besides being of poor quality do not fit. None are consistent in size. I would like to return and receive a full credit.

      Place an order on 10/17/2022 1:42:31. Half of my order has not been shipped. It's been over a month. They say the don't provide phone service. Only chat. They keep repeating the same: We apologize for the inconvenience. We can not guarantee the ship date now, but we will try the best to push the shipment for you. The items you order are "hot sale". It's been a month. I can't reach any human. Only chats. No refunds or nothing. And the items they did shipped, the quality is so poor that makes the items unusable. They show on the order that 2 items are "processing" and one item they just cancelled it on their own but they did not return my money either.

      At this time, I have not been contacted by Justfashionnow regarding complaint ID ********. In fact, the items I've mentioned to you in my original complaint that were not received, still say, as of today, "processing" on JustFashionNow website and have never been shipped, nor received, nor refunded. I believe this is fraud. They get paid and do not ship. They send a couple of items and they never ship the rest and they keep all the money. It's been over two months since I've placed the order. After reading complaints online about this company and seeing they do the same to most of their customers, I do not understand how they are still allowed to do business in USA. Thank you for contacting me but please let me know how to proceed. Thank you.

      I purchased 4 items from this company. when the shipment came there were my four items plus additionalc items which I still have not unwrapped. I have asked them to take them back but they told me I would have to send/ them to *****. I also informed them not to charge my credit card with all the items I did not order and I would not pay for. This all started at the end of September. Yesterday I received three more packages which I did not order and I realized it was a scam. I guess when you order from them they send additional items just to get then with really know place to send them since an individual is not in the normal way of shipping items to *****. I have asked them what was shipped beside my four items and what the cost was on these items. They said they would give me a 15% discount but when I requested the amount of the discount and the total cost of the items and what exactly the items are that I didn't order. For that last 5 days I have requested the information again and again and they will not return my email with answers. At this point I really need some help with this. I'm 78 years old and living on Social Security. I hope you and help with this situation. I am planning to take the unopened packages back to the *********** for them to return but I don't kinow if this is the right way to do it. Please help
