              Received a collections notice in Sep 22 from *******, no communication had been received prior. I immediately called and paid the bill and was told MetCredit would be notified to withdraw the collection. I found out today my account is still in Collections with MetCredit (5 months later). When I called *******, they confirmed payment and said it was on me to call MetCredit to dispute and gave me a bogus number. MetCredit will not answer nor return my calls.

              If I could leave this with no stars I would have. This company is unprofessional. I'm unable to pay a bill that we never received in the mail, by phone, text, or email. Can't pay online without account number or by phone because NOBODY EVER answers the phone or returns a call. It's been months and I can't make healthcare appointments until copay is resolved.
