4/29/2021 contracted Extraordinaire - Owner Ed W*****, for home Improvement project converting the garage into a living space. Phase 1 Completed to satisfaction 6/17/2021 the balance paid in full. 6/17/2021 I had a 'credit' from the 1st phase of the project wherein the cost of the windows - (8) **** *** ***** was included in the payment. Cost of the windows $3886.08 on the 6/17/21 invoice. 6/21/2021 Phase 2 contract signed to begin work. $8000.00 deposit paid of half the estimate towards covering the cost of materials and to begin work. 8/6/21 I was told the **** ***** ***) order was scheduled to deliver 8/16-19. Nothing. 9/24/21 I was told ** would deliver the following week, then on 10/4/21-. Several times I requested the ** order number, ** emails, ** texts, nothing. No materials/windows, no work has been done since June. There is not evidence an order was placed to Home ***** by the contractor as he claimed. I phoned **** ***** - and ** HQ, 6 times since 9/24/2021, and no order.
