This company sent me the wrong necklace, and has not replied to my emails. There is no way to cancel subscription online, and I want a refund or the correct necklace, which has a blue gem. I also want to cancel subscription. Attached is the necklace I received and the necklace they advertised, which I didn't get.Business response

Customer requested and was shipped the blue jewel necklace they showed in the picture along with the following 2 pieces to try at home including the clover necklace they showed in the photo. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. [I called twice and emailed twice that I did not want anymore jewelry, to cancel my subscription. Yet, here you go, sending me more jewelry. I only asked that the correct blue stone necklace be mailed, with NO OTHER JEWELRY INCLUDED. FOR THE LAST TIME, CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION, AND DO NOT SEND ANYMORE JEWELRY, EXCEPT FOR THE BLUE STONE NECKLACE. For the 400th time! I DID NOT receive the blue necklace, only a necklace I did not choose- the ONLY single item I have received from this company. I spoke on the phone to three different people, explaining this! I have only received one item from this company, a necklace I did not choose. I wanted the blue necklace! For ***** sake, understand me! Do you understand the words that are coming out of my mouth?? I'm still waiting for the blue necklace! I do not want additional items! Do not charge me, I want my subscription cancelled- just send me the blue necklace, the only necklace I wanted when I ordered it. (The introductory offer necklace you advertised).Business response

**** tracking shows package weight was 1lb at ship time which means all 3 pieces were shipped as we do with all initial orders. Customer was asked to submit **** report that package was opened and tempered with during shipment. Customer has not submitted such report. Nonetheless, account has been canceled and customer order was marked returned so customer will not be further charged and does NOT have to return any pieces. We will submit report to **** for further investigation.Customer response

I order a piece of earings that were sent free with customer pay shipping , I did so thinking I was only getting earing two more piece of jewelry came with not realizing I was going to be charged $49.95 not once was I asked if I wanted the other two pieces of jewelry but I was sure sent an email to pay over due bill. This company is deceiving and by all the complaints I see the same complaint.They are a scam to make you think your getting free earing or jewelry and fine print says your ordering a service for jewelry. There was never a return package to return the other two pieces of jewelry. I learn a lesson never to do business with this company.Business response

I received a package containing three contents: 1. A tiny blue necklace. 2. Very tiny stud earrings. 3. A pave clover necklace from the company as follows./ Nikola Valenti Inspired Ccllections with my name and an order number and customer number saying that they were sending me this as a one of a kind special offer, but if I don’t send it back I will be charged for it and every month they will be sending pieces out at $24.99 each for each piece of jewelry? I am 72 years old and have never ordered anything from them! I know they do not have any accounts that I know of unless they were stolen from online? They said if this is not returned, if I do not want it, they will be charging me for it and sending me more! I would have no reason to want this or knew of any need. This is totally fraudulent in my eyes as somehow they have gotten a hold of my address and made up an order number with the customer number but I know for a fact, I have never heard of them and they do not have any of my financial information? What do I do now? it’s as they have trapped me and I feel hurt that they would do such a thing! Can you please help me? Thank you kindly! Mr. ***** * **** PS: The jewelry is very cheap and not worth more than a couple dollars! Plus, I am disabled and you do. It’s hard for me to write or type as I also have muscular dystrophy.! Looks like customer returned all the trial pieces and was sent following email confirmation on 12/23/2022 confirming that we received the pieces and there will be no charge. Customer also closed the account on 12/17/2022 so there will be no more charges or shipments sent as per their request.
