DO NOT USE THIS COMPAMY called Travelo1 They are fraudulent and why they are listed for under Airline Flights I dont know. They advertise really cheap rates the call you minutes later and tell you the flight is booked and they will find you another flight that is doubled the amount of what they advertised and at that time they already have your credit card number!!! I had to call my bank to locked my card, getting ready to file a complaint. Do not use this company. This company employs bait-and-switch tactics by advertising low airfares that don't exist and later attempting to upsell to much higher fares. Fraud! Fraud!! Fraud!!! Fraud!!!! Fraud!!!!! Total scam, dont waste your time, effort, let alone your money!!! Purchased a flight for $480, only to receive an immediate phone call advising that baggage and carry on isnt included along with seating. All of that would be at an additional cost totaling $890. In their terms, it states this may or may not include baggage fees, please check with airliner..blah blah blah. After trying to tell the advisor over the phone that the term arent clear cut, all he did was talk over me not allowing me to really speak. Ultimately, I had to cough up the remaining balance for the trip as they dont provide refunds for the ticket. BEWARE.Review from David M

*** what I think but what I know. They keep using a bait and switch from Delta to ****** or American Airlines which dozens of times my wife dont use those two airlines. Also they keep harassing me about they have a better deal. The better deal was the price to go on the Delta flight. After one book a flight it should stand. They keep saying it is not available but I told them if it is not available then take the site down and the price. When I checked again it was still up. Now 3 days later the price went down to $295.00 and they are still harassing me and quoting prices from American Airlines and ****** Airlines. We also have texts going back and forth of how wrong they are. They are continually contacting me in all sorts of hours and it is a few of them doing this from travelo1. They are relentless to get a sale that I dont want.Review from Deborah K

I booked an airfare one way and it stated the price was $90 with taxes included. I paid for it and received a call from them 15 minutes later stating that it was a discount fair that I paid and I needed to pay $150 more. What is advertised on the website should be the accurate price, nowhere on the website it stated I would have to pay extra. They tried to rip me off but they were not successful as I told them I would be contacting BBB and report them. Websites like these should be no where available on the internet. ITS A HUGE SCAM WEBSITE. They also thought it was ok to contact me at 2:00am. Very unprofessional.Review from Judy S

Don't book with Travelo1. Within 2 minutes of placing a flight request I received a call quoting a higher price and different itinerary than selected. I said that is called bait & switch and would like my order canceled. The agent continued to try to up sell & finally transferred me to cancelation staff. Time & again the next agent was **** & said I will not get a refund. After some time bickering back & forth, I will get refund less $700! I demanded full refund AND confirmation of so via email. Agent said he did not know how to email...Finally, I hung up. I immediately contacted the credit card fraud & was able to prevent any charges. That's not the end!...I woke up to 2 calls leaving ******** voice mails...after 11pm & 2 emails to contact them. Don't waste your time.Review from Dalius D

Do not trust this company! It's a scam! I just booked a flight on Travelo1.com for an economy class tickets for my family of four - and there was NO information during the booking process that said NO luggage (including a carry-on!) would be allowed with the class of service I'd purchased. The company called me to do the ticketing right after I checked out online, and the agent went into this whole thing about the type of heavily restricted ticket I'd purchased and what wasn't allowed, including ANY luggage for an international trip. And then tried to upsell me for a different class of tickets, for $1000 more! I said that none of this had been described when I purchased the tickets and asked to speak with her manager. I did then speak to the manager and he defended the entire thing, trying to upsell me as well. I've put a fraud alert on the credit card I used and changed the credit card number so that this fraudulent charge will not go through! Terribly company. Others beware.Review from Mitch T

It's a scam. You "book" your flight at an excellent price, then they call and tell you that price wasn't guaranteed, try to reconfirm you at a MUCH higher price and/or keep your money and offer you "e-credit" for a future booking. I asked to speak to a supervisor, who told me the charge hadn't actually been put through yet. I made her promise that it would not be, and fortunately, it was not. But over the next two days I received four more calls to confirm my now-higher-priced "reservation."
