Was extremely disappointed in Colvin cleaner. So much so, it is doubtful that we will ever use them again. We dropped off 20 garments back in November and when we picked them up, they only gave us back 16. We didn't discover the discrepancy until a week later when my girl wanted to wear her ***** wintage double breasted red leather jacket to a business meeting. We went back to the cleaners and they located 3 of the 4 missing garments but claimed that the ***** leather jacket was already picked up. We ended up spending the next week going back and forth with multiple phone calls only to have them finally admit they had "lost" it. In negotiating with them, my girl asked for $500 for the replacement cost of this garment, as it was vintage, in excellent condition and quite frankly not replacable. They low balled her and only offered $319 (which she now regrets accepting). A search of the internet showed that the lowest priced replacement (which is not in as good a condition) was 339, and the average price for replacement was over $800. We still have not gotten the check and regret ever using this cleaner.Review from Gary p

The check for reimbursement was mailed by our bank around the 11th, I would imagine you will see it by next week at the latest.
