      Ordered a few perfumes on December 5th.They just created a tracking number but never bothered to ship. Emailed them several times, but they never responded.

      They sold me a fake creed perfume. The batch number doesn't exist i looked it up. I tried to call them from the number you had posted. I only ordered from them because they were A rated by bbb. Anyway I called and would get hung up on finally sombody answered asking who's this and I told him I want to return the fake and he hung up on me. I suggest you re evaluate this business

      Customer reached out to us via email as well and we took care of him.

       

      We told him that "All products sold on ************* are 100% authentic guaranteed. We directly purchase products with invoices from major manufacturers and distributors, so all products we sell are guaranteed to be authentic. We definitely stand behind all products we sell. Absolutely NO dilutions, imitations, or knockoffs." and asked him "Did you open or use the item you received?".

       

      He said "No I did not open or use the item.".

       

      Then we said "We can accept your return then, please use the attached prepaid return label to return the item back to ** and please don't forget to ship it with ***** Your refund will be made once we receive the item.".

       

      He used the return label that we sent and shipped the item back to **.

      After we received and inspected his return, he issued a full refund to his PayPal account.

       I never recieved a refund from pay pal. He's lying I even called my bank and they said they never recieved a refund

      Tried to order online with 2 separate credit cards and all required personal info. Both times response was card declined. There was no valid reason for the card declined. Tried calling the phone number listed on the BBBwebsite and not a valid phone number. Emailed customer service with no reply. Concern is the reason the prices are much lower than elsewhere is this may be a sham operation.
