  Mini split unit purchased from ********** in April 2021 and installed May 2, 2021. Company assigned to do the job and any maintenance required is FJR MECHANICAL *** ************************************************. We noticed there was something wrong with our units fairly quickly once we started using them there was way too much moisture in the house and I bought readers to put all over, we had our hardwood floors done in June and the floors bubbled from not drying properly, we didn't realize it was B/C of the A/C unit.. We started noticing as the months went, every bed and couch and floors in the house being very damp and wet. I contacted ********** Representative ***** July 8, 2021 for contact information for the mechanic to call for issue with the units. He gave me their number and I started contacting them through beginning of September 2021 took weeks until I finally got ***** from FJR to come to the house on September 23, 2021 he did not have his humidity gauge with him that day so he said he would be back with it another day. It took weeks until he came back on October 6, 2021 and he dropped it off and told us to monitor the humidity and temperature and he would be back to get the readings to see what is going on. Naturally the whole summer had passed now and fall weather was coming , issue was not going to be resolved as he did not come when I contacted them originally during the summer. I contacted him back on October 19,2021 to pick up his gauge and get the readings and he never contacted me back, or responded. Currently summer is starting again we are using the units and the still have the same issue. We have to no avail contacted FJR for the past 2 weeks to come and help figure out what the issue is. My furniture and clothing are all getting ruined , my floors had gotten redone and the same issue happened to them which is when we realized it was the problem from the very beginning. He came yesterday 6/1/22 and told me to keep recording the temp/humidity-NO!

  The company has reached out and made several attempts to fix the issue. A new unit has been installed in one bedroom and seems to have helped fix the problem.
