My car was taken to this location on 03/22/24. They were to do a full car look over. Fix issues and inspect my car. Under my impression from car experience I thought something was clogged. When I started my car it was hard to turn on and I had codes on. They had my car for several days. They called me and told me that the car was completely fixed and that I had to just drive it around to clear the codes. I will attach the image I spent $1700. They told me it needs a reprogram from ***** and ***** told me it does not need a reprogram. The parts they fixed on the car have nothing to do with the codes that were on. They sent me an email showing things on the car that need to be changed in which attached you will see that is the reason the codes are on and they did not fix it or offer to fix it so the parts they fixed did not need to be fixed $1700 later. I should have picked my car up and better condition than I dropped it off, and unfortunately, this ended in my car completely dying and forcing me to get a new car. The employees are completely selfish, and when I reminded them that their phone records, our conversations because they told me my car was great and they fixed everything. They told me oh no it only records when you call us, this whole situation did not go the right way I deserve my $1700 back because if they would have fixed the parts that they sent me in the email I wouldnt have had to junk my car. I spent $1700 for nothing. Codes P1 44A&P0451 are the two major codes that are on due to the images attached which they did not fix the only hose that they changed regarding these were the brake hose and that has nothing to do with any of the leaks at the car has in which they told me over the phone, the car had no leaks. this business does not deserve my $1700. My car literally had to be removed and I was forced to spend money and get a new car this weekend. If someone can reach out to me to discuss this, that would be great. ************Business response

***************************** brought in her ***** 3 for a Check Engine Light Diagnosis, New York ********************* Change, and Brake Issues. We were unable to pass the vehicle for inspection due to the Check Engine Light Codes of P0451 and P144A, which according to AllData (Which is a leading provider of online diagnostic and repair data for the automotive industry),required the following remedy Remove Vapor Canister/Inspect Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor Hose/Sensor Assy. & Replace Evap hose/Pressure Sensor, however, during the diagnostic process we found that the Fuel Tank Pressure Sensor and Hose Assembly were mangled from previous work which would cause a leak. We performed the work according to industry standards as described by ******* and followed their test procedure. At the end of that procedure, its states Replace PCM. We also found a TSB ****************** Bulletins that are sent out from the manufacturers when they find concerns with their vehicles) for an update for the **** at that point we recommended she go to the dealer, as we do not replace PCMs or do updates. The previous work needed to be completed in order to rule out other failure/code problems.
