            This business is trying to charge me 500$ for a missed appointment. I applied for a Care credit card for dental work. They charged my credit card before the procedure happened so I disputed the charges. Their policy says they will charge 10% of the procedure if you cancel the appointment late. The procedure did not cost $5000. And now they will not communicate with me or send me a detailed invoice for the procedure.

            Would not recommend these people. The dentist said they took my insurance but after I started with them would not cover a crown. They said they didnt do that kind of crown. Only after I started with them did they tell me this. I paid **** for the crown, it came off after several months and when I called them, they said they would not fix it because I didnt come back and get the other four crowns done. I told them I couldnt come back because I couldnt afford to get four more done at that price. They said its too bad because unless youre not finishing the work here, he will not stand behind his work. It is a very poor professional policy. I had the other four crowns put on at my insurance rate of $489 each.This new dentist agreed that they should have stood behind their work, and agreed to fix it for **** would give zero stars if it were an option.
