***** **** ********** *** ***** installed ****** 120 V hardwired smoke alarms (10 year guarantee) throughout my home in March 2019 at a cost of $1280.88. On September 5, 2023 all the smoke detectors were going off and we couldn’t get them to stop. We called Action Fire and Safety as they have been doing yearly fire safety checks since they purchased ***** Fire Equipment. They said they couldn’t do anything because they didn’t install the smoke detectors. The code inspector for our county came over to help me and my son for 3 hours that evening. I asked if Fire, Action and Safety could at least replace the 2 faulty smoke detectors that were causing all of them to go off. I sent pictures of the boxes that they came in and pictures of the front and back of the alarms. I have contacted them by text, email and left voicemail messages. They will not respond, except for the night of the incident when they said it is not their problem because they did not install the equipment. I feel it is their problem because they purchased the company that did. I am merely seeking replacement of the 2 ****** 120 V hardwired smoke alarms. They have not returned my emails, texts, or phone calls. Please assist me in resolving this problem. Thank you.Business response
