I had reserved a booking at this business but after guests in my party became ill with COVID I could not continue with the reservation. The business owner went against CDC recommendations and dismissed these concerns. In addition, this business has numerous reports of unsafe conditions to guests. Reports of mice in guest rooms and dead bugs in bed sheets have been reported in the Google reviews by numerous guests. These unsafe conditions makes this business a health hazard to recently hospitalized guests who are immune compromised. The merchant refuses to refund a deposit when services were never rendered and refund cancelation policies were never provided.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The merchant stated I had received a refund - I have not. I still have a open dispute with Discover in attempts to receive the refund for the charge.
