Our host Martha R***** cancelled our rental on us 6 days before our trip because the family before us in the house had COVID and didn’t refund the $270 service fee.Business response

BBB spoke to the business and the following was relayed:
This has been taken care of and the customer fully refunded. The issue was with VRBO as that is who had the customer's money.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.BBB spoke to the customer and the following was relayed:
It was resolved after a long time and a lot of phone calls. I did receive a full refund as it was the business who had cancelled the reservation 5 days before.
