              Alright y'all. DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. I need recommendations for a good contractor that'll be able to do a rehab loan on a house we're buying. Needs to be licensed and insured. THEY GAVE US A QUOTE ABOUT 3 MONTHS AGO TO DO A REHAB LOAN SO WE CAN GET INTO OUR HOME. TODAY, THEY SET UP AN APPOINTMENT AT 2PM TO GO TO THE HOUSE AND TAKE ONE LAST LOOK BEFORE THEY DID ALL THEIR PAPERWORK. THE LAST 2 APPOINTMENTS THEY SET UP, THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. TODAY, AT 1:59PM THE OWNER ADAM HAD ONE OF HIS SUBCONTRACTORS CONTACT US AND TELL US THAT HE WAS NOT INTERESTED IN THE JOB ANYMORE. He is VERY unprofessional. Does not have the ***** to tell you he doesn't want or can't do a job. I will be calling the BBB and calling my attorney tomorrow to see what can be done. He has caused us to find a new contractor last minute, and is causing us to possibly lose this house. PLEASE BE AWARE AND MAKE FRIENDS AND FAMILY AWARE OF THIS **** HE PULLED. Somehow all his ****** reviews were phenomenal. Not one bad one, hense why we went with him. Please, stay clear of this contractor. Please feel free to copy/share/anything in that manner.
