My dentures never fit correctly and they have been difficult with my insurance from the beginning ruining my credit report. Now I lost a tooth off my denture. They say it's under warranty and to begin with they haven't fit right. I'm tired if excuses on their end. I spent slot of money for dentures that never fit right. And now they expect me to just let them replace the tooth that fell out where these haven't first correctly from the beginning. It's all been documented at their endBusiness response

Paid in advance for all dental treatment on a recorded conversation. The company then added on almost $400 after the fact without my permission. They then used funds that were paid for this procedure to use for another procedure however I did not authorize that. The patient my wife **** ******** had other treatment unrelated to this and paid for that treatment on each and every occasion. At no time did I authorize my credit card or any of the funds that I paid for the first procedure to be utilized for any other process. This is fraud, fraud against myself, fraud against my credit card company, and fraud against the patient my wife. When I requested a copy of all the records and went to pick them up they were not available at the front desk. I then put in a written request have not received them. I called Corporate offices they said within 24 hours the regional manager would call me it's been a week haven't heard from anybody. Complaint has been fired with the district attorney for fraud along the United States Attorney for fraud along with a credit card complaint for fraud. company is refusing to complete the work unless they get their extortionate additional payments.Business response
