In the beginning we were happy with the work that they did. It was a big job and they completed it in a timely manner. The concrete had a warranty as well which was a bonus. We sealed the driveway with the product that was required and as winter came we noticed pitting, first in the apron then up the driveway. As per the warranty I contacted MCI a number of times. It wasn't until late May that I got any kind of response. The company only replied when I reached out to them and oftentimes through my neighbor (they were doing work for him at the time). MCI gave me a letter from the supplier with no feedback. I finally got a brief email after my lawyer sent them a letter. It ended up in court.Review from Jeff R

Contacted MCI for a small late season concrete job. They were referred to me by a neighbor who had work done by MCI and was very pleased. MCI was the only concrete contractor that returned my call of 5 called! Matt arrived quickly for an estimate. We discussed the job and an estimate was provided. Shortly thereafter I requested a modification and Matt again quickly responded. In late November the work was completed by Rick and his crew. They were professional and thorough. MCI did a great job on short notice AND right before winter weather hit! We really appreciate it. Thanks Matt, Rick and MCI for a job well done!!Review from Barbara B

I hired MCI to put in a 36x13 concrete patio, a 9x7 pad and a new driveway approach. I have no issues with the driveway approach but have snd issue with my patio and the pad he poured! My patio has a crack going through almost half my patio. His warranty states he has a one year warranty for “excessive cracking” but he won’t honor it because it is not lifting! His warranty has NO MENTION OF IF HAVING TO BE LIFTED!! For my 9x7 pad, he poured it on 2 different days so now I have a pad with one block of the pad a different kind and shade of concrete and it looks ridiculous!! I spoke to him many times about these issues and at one point he said he’d come snd rip it out and pour new but then decided against that! I’m totally DISAPPOINTED in the quality of work MCI did! I will be looking into a lawsuit if the BBB cannot help me!
