I have a signed contract for snow plowing of a residential driveway for the 2022-2023 season (November to April) with A*****i Seasonal Care. When the first storm in November hit the Southtowns, we had a plow come on the first day of the storm and do a poor job, but at least we had access to get the car out. Despite several calls, including one in which I spoke to Mr. A*****i and was assured someone would get to our house, no one ever showed up the rest of that weekend. We had to pay a ****** operator to clear out the driveway. We are now experiencing our second storm. I called at approximately 9:00 am on 12/17/22 and spoke to Mr. A*****i, telling him we had approximately 7 inches of snow in the driveway and more was coming down. He told me that his associate was in West Seneca and would be able to get to us. I called 4 more times during the day, but each subsequent call went directly to voicemail. On 12/18/22, I called at 8:00 am, leaving the message that we had a commitment to get to at 9:00. It is now 2:12 in the afternoon, no one has returned any of my calls, and no one has come yet to plow the driveway. Luckily for us, our son was able to come and use the snowblower to clear the snow so we can get out.Business response

BBB spoke to Anthony at the business and the following was relayed: I called the consumer directly and cancelled her contract and refunded her money in full to resolve the issue.
