Hi I have used the contact form on the website, email address from the website and posted on social media to try to get someone to contact me back, but haven't received a word from anyone just yet. My girlfriend has had her son signed up for baseball without her knowledge, permission or consent. She had reached out multiple times as well as I have to try to receive explanation on how this could possibly happen, I am assuming they had to sign some sort of permission slips or waivers before they could be accepted. I would appreciate some kind of word back, as this is about 5-6 attempts at contact with nothing back. After further review of some of their services online, this seems like a common occurrence of them.Business response

Kevin, This is **** *******. I am the Director of Communications for Lancaster-Depew Baseball. I would be happy to work with you to resolve this situation. You said that you had tried to contact us before, but this is the first email I have received from you. I have also not seen any email from Mr. *********. I am not aware of any issue in which a child has been signed up to play baseball without consent from a parent. Since he did not provide the name of the child, or of the child's parents, I am unable to look it up. He only said that we are talking about his girlfriend's child. We do require that a parent/guardian register a child to play in the league. However, we only require the permission of one parent/guardian. Is this an instance where the child's father registered them to play, and the mother didn't want that? If it is, then that is a family issue, and we do not wish to get involved. I would be happy to talk to you on Monday to try to resolve this. I suggest the first step is to have someone provide the name of the child to me, so I can look up the registration.
