The sales team is completely excellent. We were helped by Matt and we love him. However, do NOT bring your razer into their service department. Absolutely ridiculous care. We used the insurance Sun suggested. The service department calls my husband and tells us that he got several email from the insurance department approving the costs to fix it. But he "can't open the attachment". So they took 2 weeks and several emails from the insurance people for them to call us instead of the insurance person to get the attachment in their email for approval! They have had our razor... NOT WORKING ON IT AT ALL.... for a month while also giving our insurance the incorrect total for repairs twice. I am flabbergasted that Jason (the "service specialist ") is still working there. I would be fired from my job if I had done this poorly. Not to mention they sent two updates saying work was on progress.... and we had to call to check in only to find out no work had been started and they can't open email attachments. They will not update you accurately unless you Stay on top of them. As customers should never have to make someone do their job accurately, I'm surprised management has not been informed or addressed this issue.
