I subscribed to their service and after a couple days wasn't happy with their product as it contained upselling and didn't deliver as advertised. I quickly called to cancel and request a refund which was denied. I haven't used the service since and am seeking a refund for a substandard product.Business response

The user in question did register for the ********* service, accessing information and digital data which is otherwise not available without this subscription. This includes more than 36 accesses and 15 digital document downloads which are only included in the subscription he requested. As services were delivered correctly, and a digital downloads cannot be returned, the services will not be refunded. However, we did ensure that it would not renew at the end of the term. We do offer support to users to ensure they get the most value out of their subscription and help them find further bid opportunities that would pertain to their business, and would love the opportunity to provide them with more business during their term.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. I have not accessed or used the service since requesting a refund due to unsatisfactory services. It would be professional to provide a refund since I used the site for a week, wasn’t happy with it and there should be no issue in providing a refund. Regards, ****** ******
