This guy keeps promising but doesnt deliver. He has more excuses like accidents and family members health issues. He was contracted to repair my HVAC system in November and its now February and he has not replaced the compressor. I dont have enough time to list his excuses which are obviously all lies. If you can avoid him, donut all costs.Review from james g

This clown will not show up...It seems as if ARSD MECH makes his money from *** home warranty company by NOT showing up. The *** customer/member pays for the membership and when a repair is needed, customers are put off by excuses until they are forced to call a reputable company who will actually show up to do the work. Meanwhile, the service they paid for will not actually be rendered resulting in *** not having to send on any services or maintenance. This has all the makings of a class action lawsuit! BEWARE and STEER CLEAR!

If I never show up I make no money from American home shield. I must finish the task assigned and then and only then can I submitt a **** to American home shield. That how the process works.Review from Tracie L

Do not use this company. ***** is a huge liar and doesn't show up. He has promised ** time and time again he will be there first thing in the morning and doesn't show up or call! I have never experienced anything like it. This has been MONTHS! When he does pick up his phone, he has a million excuses but still never calls and never shows up. Have no idea what his game is, but it isn't being a reliable businessman!Review from Neal P

Do not hire, he wont show up to do the work. 6 months later and all I get is excuses. Covid twice in 6 weeks, two car accidents and every other excuse you can think of. I stayed home from work 3 separate times because he said he was coming but he never showed up. I can go on, you have been warned.
