I went to do my nails and pedicure on March 23rd my appointment time at 9:30 am ans my regular nail tech was on vacation which I knew. I needed a a new set uv gel for my nails because I have had the previous set for at least 3 1/2 weeks. The manager if I recall his name correctly his name is **** told me not to worry he has someone just as good. I took his word her name was ****** if spelled correctly. When she finished it looked really good. Gave a $10 tip pd $70 cash for my nails. By Sunday night I noticed my nails separating from the uv gel. Called and spoke with **** and he asked me to come in to fix but unfortunately I was at work and was not available again until Saturday March 30th. He said come in and we will fix or I can put glue around it to fill it. I called Saturday morning around 9;45 AM and spoke with **** and he said everyone was booked and to come later. I arrived later between 6-6:30 to see my nail tech ***** was there. I thought he scheduled me to see her but after waiting for a while he said no she is booked someone else can do your nails. I said someone else did my nails and next day it separated. He said he promised and I kept insisting for ***** but no availability. Finally I let the guy do it I dont know his name. He explained these things happen and I explained when I go to ************ dont come back for almost 4 weeks. He said I will fix and it was at no cost to me. When finished after 8 pm I tipped him $7.00. The next day again my uv gel separating. I let **** know this is ridiculous. On Saturday April 6th I went to the salon to ask for my money plus tips back because I was going somewhere else to do my nails. **** and another pointed to the sign no refund. I expressed to them again that when ***** does my nails I never have a problem. It is not my fault that your other nail tech do not work at the same level of competence. They spent more time rewinding videos when I was there last instead of understanding my frustration.
