      I was shopping for a ******** ******* ******** Base on July 13, 2023 and when I googled it ShopEZ USA showed up with the exact model I was looking for. I placed the order for $116.17 . It was promptly charged to my credit card. I received a notice from ShopEZ that my order was back ordered and would be shipped in 10-14 business days. I never received the order and when I requested a refund they “approved the refund” on March 9, 2024 . I did not receive the refund then nor have I seen one since. I sent another email on April 22, 2024 saying I never received my refund and have had no response. I look forward to your assistance recovering my money.

      On August 22,2023 I ordered several packages of * ****** ****** gum. My order total was $102,05 which was charged to my ****. yet order was never shipped. Upon each follow up I was told product would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks. It also stated if I could no longer wait I would receive a full refund. In October I again contacted the company requesting order be canceled and refund issued. I received an email informing me complete refund would be issued in 2 to 3 weeks. I have followed up four times since and have yet to receive my refund.

      Purchased the item on August 9th 2023. Repeatedly told it was on backorder and to wait. I requested cancellation of order on 10/12/2023. On 10/13 I was told my refund was "approved" and was told my refund would take 5 to 7 busines days. As of today 12/12 (two months later) I have not received my refund, it has been two months. I have asked for several updates on my refund but stopped receiving responses on 11/10. No refund still

      I had ordered ********* tuna from this store because the price listed was very good. The product never shipped, when I contacted support they said it was on backorder and if I waited up to another 4 weeks I'd get 10% off. This happened a few times before I asked to cancel the order. Support no longer replies, I've not received any product or been refunded. When I tried calling the merchant phone number listed on my credit billing statement it went to a phone sex line. This is not a legitimate business, I'm currently disputing the charge with ******** and somehow they've gotten my reversal overturned. Ill follow up with ******** tomorrow.

      On July 27th, 2023 I ordered a 15 cubic foot chest freezer, online. I paid in full at that time ($359.43). Since that time I have emailed this company at least half a dozen times, inquiring about my order. I get the same response every time..."We thank you very much for your order(****)- ********* 15 cu. ft. Chest Freezer with Large Storage Baskets in White. We regret to inform that your ordered item is currently back-ordered and expected to be restocked in 7 to 14 business days." So I finally, on November 16th, demanded a refund. The next day I received a response from them..."We would like to inform you that your request for refund has been approved and you will receive an email confirmation regarding your refund. We would also like you to know that refunds usually take 5-7 business days. We apologize for the inconvenience caused." I still haven't received my refund. They keep telling me to 'kindly wait.' I'm tired of waiting. This company has had my money for 4 and a half months. I just want my refund.

I then cancelled the order in 9/11/23 the vendor confirmed and approved refund by email on 9/13/23. refund was never processed /funds have not been returned order #****

      I ordered a pair of pants. They arrived and were too large. They lacked nay return address form EZ Pay. They were sent to me from a ****** warehouse and were purchased by an EZ Pay USA employee and sent to me. They also never sent me a confirmation, so I had some trouble getting them to admit that I had ordered the pants. Eventually they found the order number. I have had several responses to my email request to get shipping return information and approval, but after two months, they have not sent the return label. I assume they do not want me to return the item since they then would have to give me my $$ back and return the pants to ****** to get $$ back from them. I assume they do this with all their items. they are a third-party reseller that has no store of their own. Beware!

      8/9/23 Purchased a replacement dish set for $67.83. Two weeks later got a text that it was backordered and they would give me 5% off if I kept the order. Two weeks after that I got another text that it was still backordered and would give me 10% off if I kept the order. Then I never heard anything again. I reached out to the company 9/19 regarding status - they emailed me back 9/20 that it was still unavailable and expected in 1-2 weeks. I reached out 10/10/23 to cancel and refund my order and they responded same day that they would cancel and refund and expect it 5-7 days. I never received my refund. 10/24 emailed asking about the refund and they emailed me back 10/25 ""as per my request your order has been cancelled. Kindly wait a few more days". 10/31 emailed again asking the status and to refund immediately. I have not heard back. Any communication received from them is just wait a few more days/weeks. I assume they just want you to forget and will never return any money.

      I purchased an 8' Nutcracker from ShopEZ USA (see supporting documentation) and have not received my item. I contacted ShopEZ USA on September 12th to discuss the delay. The represenative told me the nutcracker was "out of stock." At the time of purchase and as of this writing the item is still available for purchase on the website. The representative reported it should be available, in 1-2 weeks, upon which, my order would be sent out. I've not received the item or a refund. Durning my September 12th call, I asked why I was charged for an item that was never in stock. The representative continued repeating it would be sent and refused to answer my question directly. As of this writing I do not have the nutcracker or my account credited. It has been almost two months since my initial purchase, ShopEZ USA lists: 24/7 customer service support. That is false advertising. I have called on three separate occasions since September 12th 2023, to discuss settling this issue, not one time did anyone answer the phone or returns messages left. It's a looping answering service that "appears" to busy answering calls" but keeps you in this circle of "please leave a message, we'll get back to you" but have no intention to. If possible I am looking for your guidance / assistance to a swift resolution to this situation. I would accept a full refund or if they wanted to make this customer happy, they would send me an 8' Caucasian nutcracker for the difficulties I've gone thru with this situation.

      Purchased Brinn 5-Piece Round Dining Set (Order # ****) from ShopEZ USA via website: ********************** - Purchased on 7/29/2023 - Paid $1075.80 on 7/29/2023 - Followed up with them on 8/4, 8/22, 8/24, 9/5, 9/10, 9/26, 10/4 - I have still not received the item nor have I received the refund for the item that was requested on 9/10 - I have be told repeatedly the item is on backorder and then once the refund was requested it is now that the refund will be processed in 5-6 days, which has yet to occur.
