      Days Inn Receipt dated 11/05/21 for $100.00 I am writing regarding an additional $100 charge issued to my card on 11/5/21 from ********, *******, **. My daughter (a Minister) and I took a very short trip to ** to visit family. We flew into ********** and drove up to Liberty, **. We dropped off our bags in our room so we could see our family. When we got to our rooms late that night, we noticed there were only 2 pillows on one of the beds. The next morning, we got up and checked out and went to meet additional family members. Because of being tired and ******* around, we never thought to let the front desk know that they failed to leave the other 2 pillows in our room. 1) Days Inn never communicated with me that they were charging my card until I called them to see why I had an additional charge.2) They have slandered my name by calling me a thief and a liar.3) I DID NOT STEAL THEIR PILLOWS!!! AND REFUSE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT STEAL!!4) We have stayed at the Liberty, ** ******** numerous times over the last 30+ years while we were visiting my In-laws. My Sister-in Law works for the ************************** School District. My Mother in-Law worked for the Town of Liberty and my Brother in-law is Deputy Supervisor for the Town of Rockland. I want them to refund this additional charge of $100.

      On Feb, 18- 22 at 8:38 Am, I did reservation trow Expedia at ******** hotel ************************************************. I wanted to make the reservation for one Night on Feb, *****. after few hours I open my email and I saw that the reservation is for March *****. I called the hotel and they refused to change the dates because there policy is no cancellation. but they told me to call Expedia. I did call Expedia they pot me on hold to speak with the hotel . the hotel told him that on Feb, ***** its more expensive. they asked me to send the hotel message that I am ready to pay the defiance.I did send the hotel the message and they never replay back.I am 75 years old and in January I had surgery on the eye Retina. during the surgery the Dr enter a gas balloon in to my eye. its affect my ability to see well.
