On February 23, 2024, I purchased a 2020 Subaru Cross Trek with South Shore Subaru **************. They added a service contract warranty charge to my transaction. I requested a refund within 24 hours - Feb 24, 2024, (note per South Shore Subaru, a customer has 30 days to request a refund) and they have yet to return the money to my loan. *************************** the Business manager of South Shore Subaru said it would take 2 billing cycles. We are currently in the 6th billing cycle. The service contract was $3490 + sales tax and I am paying additional interest on a purchase I didn't acknowledge was added to the contract. I have emails stating that he would refund me the money but no change or credit was added to my loan account. I've tried contacting ****** via phone but am constantly being left to voicemail or with short vague responses.Initial Complaint

February 20, 2023 I purchased Subaru Side Window Deflectors for $176.37. I received the product without instructions and in a regular box (not one fitted to these deflector) the 3 oil filters I purchased were also included in this box. The deflectors do not fit my vehicle as they are approximately 4 inches to long for all windows. I reached out to the company for a refund. They have communicated ever 2-4 Days-asking for a picture of the original box. I have sent pictures of the deflectors as received in individual plastic bags. There was no parts box or numbers. When I explain this they say they wouldnt have shipped the oil filters with the deflectors concerned about damaging the deflectors. They are giving me the run around. Ive called their office approximately 8 times during their stated business hours to no avail. Cant leave a message. I have emailed approximately 12 times. Please help with this situation.
