At the end of September 2022, I received a letter in the mail addressed to an individual that does not reside at my address from Atlantic Kia congratulating them on the purchase of a new 2022 Kia ********* I called up the dealership to inform them that they sold a car to someone fraudulently using my address. One woman laughed at me on the phone then transfer me to another woman who told me that it was not their problem and I would have to call corporate. I do not know if this is a reoccurring issue with this dealership or not, but this dealership has sold a car to someone using an address that isnt theirs. Since then, I have received numerous letter from the dealership including the ************** Vehicle registration card officially registering the vehicle to my address. All letters have been forwarded back to US ************** to return to sender. Thank you.
