I ordered a replacement fishtank hood for my Fluval Flex 32. On there online store, it showed the complete hood with all the attachments for the purchase price. I ordered the hood on December of 2021. I received the hood, but it did not have the back cover nor the feeding door. I sent screenshots to their customer support people of what I received and what was listed on their website. I've been going back and forth with PetsWarhouse for the past year trying to get this resolved. All I really want is them to ship me is the missing back cover and feeding door that was not supplied when I received the hood. I have pictures of what I received and what was listed on their website and have uploaded them. The customer service is terrible! The said they were working on getting me the parts, but for 1 year? I kept emailing them every few weeks, and finally they stopped responding back to me.Customer response

On Aug 31st 2022 I ordered two bags of ********** Grain Free Small Blueberry Chew for my dog from PetsWarehouse (order #******). I paid $25.20 per bag, $50.40 in total online. On Sep 10th the box was delivered but with only one bag inside. On the invoice included in the box someone corrected printed "Qty 2" to "1" with the pen. I received the emailed from PetsWarehouse stating that my order has been delivered. I tried to call the number listed on their website, but only got a voicemail. I left a message asking to call me back. I also emailed them explaining that I received only one bag instead of two I paid for, I included a picture of the box with one bag in and a picture of above mentioned corrected invoice. I asked to either send me another bag or refund the money for the missing product.I did not receive any kind of acknowledgement.Business response

The customer was refunded and she didn't realize that we did email and agreed to remove the BBB complaint. The refund $25.20 September 25th.
This complaint should be voided out.

I placed my order for $100 worth of hummingbird nectar on June 13th. I was told my shipment was damaged and returned to sender. 2 email requests and a voicemail asking for a refund and no answer. On December 11th, 2020, I placed an order through Pet warehouses for 3 sets of 24 cans of Purina Fancy Feast Kitten **** Chicken flavor in the amount of $114.30 (order #******). The order was set to arrive within a few days, however on December 13th, 2020, I was informed that the order was now backordered and there was not a future delivery date. I have sent numerous emails to the customer service email provided with a promise of ***** hour response time (business hours) but have yet to receive a response. I then tried to cancel my order, but still have not received a response. I have called the phone number listed on their website and on the order confirmation but nothing. I just want to cancel my order since there is no future delivery date and in the month since ordering, I have managed to obtain the same food elsewhere while Pet warehouses remains on backorder.Business response

We never processes the order or charged credit card. The order was declined for no payment, customer was emailed and called.

I made a purchase and it took 30 days to arrive. When it finally arrived, all of the items that I paid for were not included in the package. This company acknowledged that they owe me items but now refuse to ************* or respond to my emails and voicemails.
