*********************** of FASTSIGNS *********** ** was hired to build & install a sign for my new business. He has been ignoring phone calls/emails for the past week. I have a complete record of every transaction, email & missed phone call verifying that my claims are 100% honest. OCT 10: 1st meeting to discuss the design. He sent me an email afterwards stating it would take about 2 weeks for install NOV 1: I emailed ready to get the project started. NOV 6: Back to his shop to give him copies of the rules for the sign including the permit specifications & the colors the village requests. Paid for the job in full & the money was removed from my bank Nov8 The same day he requested via email which colors I wanted for the sign & verbally assured about 2 weeks for install.NOV 28: I emailed after not hearing back after the 2 week period.DEC 4: He called to request my color selection & told me he was waiting to hear from his installer. This leads me to believe the sign was never started. The email from Nov6 confirm my color selection.DEC 19: I call after not receiving an install date. He asks if I had filed the permit with the village. The sign builders are responsible for filing the paperwork with the village. I went to the village hall myself & spoke with the buildings dept.They gave me the sign permit form since I need my landlords signature. My landlord signed immediately.DEC 21: The village did not accept the forms & gave me a list of what he needs to do:-Redo the sign mock up to reflect the finished product of the sign. -Include copies of ******************** comp for whoever is installing the sign -Hand those documents in along with permit paperwork signed by the landlord & pay the processing fee Upon leaving the village hall I called & left him a voicemail detailing everything listed above along with a followup email DEC 27: I called again. No answer. I left a voicemail & went to the shop at 4pm but it was closed. DEC 29: Another ignored phone call
