Hello, thank you for your consideration in assisting me with this process. I was lucky enough to speak with a very helpful BBB employee on the telephone who suggested I next write here. I purchased a vehicle from power motor group 3 months ago and the vehicle has been in the shop for nearly 2 months of that period since I purchased the vehicle. The pictures attached were photos of damages which were viewed right before the car went into the shop and shows extensive damage to undercarriage with old rust. Power motor group blamed it on the delivery service which delivered the vehicle on a flat bed. The car is undergoing a serious fix now in need of a new transmission. I was ensured by the employee **** that the vehicle was in mint condition although not brand new with high miles. I was told it was the best option for me. I had to have the vehicle towed the last time it was taken in for a new transmission and it remains in the shop currently. The vehicle didnt even pass inspection the first round as it was sold to me with illegal tints which I had to pay to have removed. I am very dissatisfied with this vehicle and would appreciate to further explain many more details if necessary. The shop did help with the first issue, however never did the following two times. The very First day it was in my driveway it leaked transmission throughout and onto the tar. Among other issues which are also important, I would really appreciate my money back and was told by their company that I am fresh out of luck. Had it not always been in the shop so long, I would have absolutely gone about this process sooner, however I have been unable to drive it for any extended period of time, it was never a well, safe vehicle, and honestly I was hopeful that after the first two visits to the mechanic it would be resolved and I could move on although I had to pay for the labor out of pocket as my warranty did not cover.
