Paid cash for this 2014, within 150miles of driving it over heated not a drop of antifreeze in the tuck no warning lights nothing. Now probably needs a new motor, oh and they put stop lead in it before I left! I could see antifreeze on the way home, I will be seeking a lawyer. And contacting state attorneys general, and better business bureau, and DMV!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS dealershipBusiness response

BBB spoke to Anthony at the business and the following was relayed: We would like to assist the customer but we have to have the vehicle brought in for us to investigate the issue. This has been relayed to the customer previously and we continue to offer to have the customer bring the vehicle in for us to look at.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. This dealership put stop leak in befor I left for a 1 hour drive back home, why should I Trish this place to work on the vehicle, they will be sent a bill. Regards, **** *****Initial Complaint

The incident occurred on the afternoon of October 16th, 2023. My spouse and I attempted to start the loan process on a vehicle. The employee requested original paystubs from me that were NEVER returned. I’ve made several attempts to have my financial documents return to me-at no avail. They now refuse to answer my phone calls unless it comes from a different number and then they hang up on me, once they know who I am. Do I feel an apology is appropriate? Absolutely; but the actual end result needs to be that my financial documents are return. They admitted to not knowing whether or not they still have them. This is now data breach and a liability for me and could potentially cost me money to have these paystubs “reissued”. I may have to purchase life lock protection too. Not to mention the fact that I need my paystubs for MANY other financial aspects of my life now— and for retirement purposes— to prove that I qualify for pension benefits—and that I’ve worked the required amount of hours too qualify for healthcare currently.Business response

BBB spoke to the business and the following was relayed: The customer had previously filled out an application and left their documents. He had requested his documents be mailed back and they were sent back as requested. We did offer to get a copy from our portal but he did not want that. On May 5th I got a car from auttums automotive it ran great for about 1 day then I had to rest the transmission 2 times the 3rd and 4th gear wouldn't shift. I will be making my 1st payment of 234.22 on June 5th 2022 the car is valued at $7900 but with my loan ill be paying just over $14,000, There is a warranty on my car but I was just told by the warranty company it only covers tie Rods! In the days I've had my car the following problems have and are accuring, front brakes and rotors are mak8ng a rubbing noise and brake pedal goes to the floor before stopping, muffler has a hole in it, as it gets louder each day and is about to fall off, I had no low beams the fuse box needs replaced I had low beam fuse was broke off and had to place small screwdriver in to hold new one, all my tires are bald and one blew on me and lug wrench that came with car is to small, my lights at night time flicker as a result the alternator belt is shedding (had to replace it today in order to get to my visit w/ my kids) there is a clunking noise in the front that's been there since day 1 when I come to a stop and go, or when I turn my wheel, it shakes if driven at 60mph I'm disabled and thought I was getting a good deal! I contacted the owner and he wants me to drop off my car, I have no other way to get places I have no family! I basically stay in my car (where I feel safest) but if it's not drivable then I can't make it to my appointments or visits! USB port in front don't work either I wanted a different vehicle on his lot that was cheaper and bigger for my family I have 3 kids in carseats and a 85lbs lab he told me it was sold and I had to have this very small 5 passenger car!Business response

hello we had spoke via text message and i made 2 attempts for the vehicle too be dropped off at our shop to look at the issues you are having with the vehicle. unfortunately we do not offer rental car services here but we are here to try and resolve your issues monday threw friday 10:30 a.m to 5:30 p.m. like i had specified to you earlier via text message you can bring the car in during business hours or drop it off after hours and we can get it in to take a look. this is very unfortunate that you felt the need too make this complaint after we had done nothing other than tried too help you weather it was trying to get you financed with your current situation or offering to look at the vehicle after being made aware of the issue. please call us at the office to resolve this thankyouCustomer response

I want another vehicle this car is nothing but issues I'm scared to drive it I live in my car as I am homeless and if I don't make it to my appointments or visits to see my kids I'm going to jail!!!!!
