Purchased a deluxe car wash on 9/22/2023 for my 2016 **** **********. Car wash damaged my driver's side powered mirror. I immediately filed a claim with Christina Z****** at the car wash and was told to submit a repair estimate for reimbursement. I emailed the estimate to Christina on 10/3/2023. On 10/10/2023, Christina confirmed that she received the estimate and was forwarding it to the appropriate personnel. I reached out to Christina on 11/16/2023 and 12/19/2023 for an update since I had heard nothing. On 12/20/2023, Christina responded and said she had requested that a reimbursement check be processed and sent directly to me. She said that it would be sent within two weeks and to follow up with her if I hadn't received it. I reached out to Christina on 1/22/2024 and 1/31/2024 for an update. On 1/31/2024 she told me to contact Josh C*** at ###-###-####. I've reached out to him multiple times and left voicemails and have not got a response.Business response

As a representative of Splash Express Car Wash, I reached out to Mr. ***** 2/29/24 and left a voice mail, and again 3/4/24, when I was able to speak with him directly. We have agreed upon a plan to have his vehicle repaired when he returns from a vacation, and he has agreed that the plan satisfies his concerns. He will be reaching back out to me on his return from vacation to finalize the arrangements that we agreed upon in our conversation. My apologies in the delay in communications/satisfaction of Mr. *****'s concerns.

I took our 1999 ****** ***** to Splash Car Wash Express on Jan. 21, 2024 at 5:30pm. While in the car wash, our car got stuck. We weren't able to move forward and get out. Splash Car Wash Express tried 3 different times to get us unstuck and the car behind us hit us each time. The car behind us scratched our bumper. Once we got free and out of the car wash, we pulled over out of the way. I went inside like i was told and filled out a complaint with the workers that night. I contacted our insurance company (*** *******) to see what we needed to do next. They told me to call the police and make a complaint. Then I called the ********* City Police Department to have an officer come and do a complaint. The other driver pulled out, parked, and did his complaint. Then he left before the officer got there. The officer showed up and we did our complaint with him. In Tuesday January 23, 2024, I called the "district office" and filed a complaint. I was then told that I would hear from *** ******* manager within 48 hours. I've called back several times cause I haven't heard anything from anyone. I've also contacted an attorney, the attorney general's office, legal aid, and BBB. We seriously want our car fixed. We paid $14 and some change. The ice wasn't removed from under our tire walls.Initial Complaint

The service is non existent and constantly failing to fix the automatic system . The staff is too busy smoking to assist customers. When you bring up an issue one manager just says the other manager will call back. No manager returns a call . I got charged after I canceled the account . I drove over to prove the account was closed showing them their own writing . Today makes the 4th time between the 2 of us that we have driven over to resolve bringing the paperwork with us each time. The female manager who i was told by the male manager ( he was kind and respectful) knows all about it and was involved in an email regarding the situation pretended to know nothing about it. You can't reach a person when you call it forces you to txt and they won't do anything unless you refill the same questions , then they give you a reference number and when I asked the female manager about the reference number she had no idea what that was. As I left I saw a line of customer waiting because their system doesn't work .Customer response

Follow up from my report of Splash car wash in Liverpool. My spouse stopped by in person 3x, I called 1x, texted and stopped 3 times and we both stopped once so after 7 attempts , with no call back from the manager . The issue is resolved.
