After having two friends recommend Done Right I contracted with him for plowing at a considerably higher dollar amount that other plowing services. Our first two snowfalls he did plow my driveway with no problem. When we had snow all day on 2/29/24 he plowed early and after the Town’s plows came through for the second time I called Done Right to see if he would come back and at least clean up where the Town had plowed and as his contract states. He assured me he would as I had caught him while he was doing his second trip for plowing. When I woke up 3/1/24 my driveway was not done. It was early and I had a doctors appt so I sent him a message asking if he’d forgotten us talking the afternoon before? No response at all! Next storm this past Saturday 3/23/24 it got to be early afternoon and he had not come by to plow so I sent a message to him asking when he might be plowing my driveway. (Both times I’ve contacted him I’ve given my full name and address.) He responded right back saying he thought he’d already plowed but would double check. I sent back that my driveway had not been plowed. I then waited and after two hours sent another message stating that I could see a neighbors driveway on the street behind me (who also uses him) plowed down to the pavement and did he possibly have me confused with someone else that he plows and got no response. So I called him and he acted very flustered and embarrassed and had a couple excuses but said he’d come and plow. A couple more hours passed but he did finally come and plow my driveway. I will never recommend or use him again. VERY unprofessional.
