These people call me at all times of the day. Even reached out to a family member very rude telling them they need to let them know of my whereabouts, employment, etc.I have told them over and over whatever they need to do they can do without me. Whatever debt I have will be taken care of. I am not sending them a dime. They tried to intimidate me by faking a deep voice man Ima ex- gang member. Thank God for his grace and mercy for transforming me to a new creation because if not be for that, there is 53 ****** ******** ***** in Brooklyn that I would've reached out to find go and seek this man out. You never know who is on the other end of a phone line and threatening me, or trying to scam and intimidate me is not it. One more time NARG, do what you have to do without me, stop calling me, stop leaving messages to your blocked numbers. I have not worked since March because of NONE OF YOUR DAMN BUSINESS ?? My savings is all I have to live on and I have to pick and choose who I pay wisely every month because I have to live. I will pay my lenders when I am well enough to return to the workforce. Please leave me and my family alone you parasite.Review from JENNIFER S

Ok, to be honest.... if this is over a debt, I own up to that. HOWEVER, calling family not listed on any of my debt is unacceptable. My father is not listed on anything. I am asking for any debt to be placed under "cease and desist". I have not been able to make contact with anyone to find out more about any particular debt but have stated not to call my family members via voicemail. Please deal with only me at my phone number please, I am not anyone else's responsibility. I hope it's not a scam as I have been scammed in the past and won't be scammed again.Review from Heather M

Been getting calls in regards to a “bad” check I supposedly wrote in 2018 to ****** *******. I called their Corporate office and spoke with several people in regards to this accusation. They stated they have nothing on file and if they were trying to collect on a debt they don’t use these people. I told the very rude representative this and he stated it’s because it’s being collected on from the bank. I called the bank my account was never over drawn and no bad checks have been reported or returned since opening my account. Phone call #5 I told representative this and he said” I don’t care what the bank or dollar general says you owe us money and we are going to call you every day and harrass you till you pay. I’ve blocked the numbers but they continue to call from others. Who can I report these people to???Review from Mi S

This company continues to harass me and will not send proper documentation or connect with a real person. They claim they have contacted me numerous times, all of which are robo calls. You cannot reach anyone on a call back number or their listed number. It automatically disconnects. Then you will get messages saying you are hanging up on them and best of luck. I am glad I have these messages to report and file a complaint with. If this was a real company they would be able to provide real documentation and allow you to speak with a real person, and abide by the request to stop harassing phone calls to yourself or anyone else they keep harassing.Review from Julie R

Scam 100%!!!! I have never ever spent more than $800-900 on a ***** card. I paid off my card like 10 years ago and have proof. This company sent me a text claiming I owe ***** over $2000, and they got my social security number from me signing in to website to verify who they were claiming I owe debt to... I hate these types of scams... scaming people is lying and a sin. God bless the people but it's not the type of behavior that is acceptable.Review from Debr

I received a letter from National Action Resolutions Group LLC stating I owe $1,268.56 in Sept.8, 2022. I told them I didn't get it then, which I didn,t. It was in our neighbor's mailbox that had died. Since then, I got a call 1/11/2023 that i should call xxx-xxx-xxxx immediately. Which I was told I had to pay $3,600.00 by 1/16/2023 or it would be going to court and I would have to pay $6,018.12 and my bank accounts frozen. I do not recall this Providian National Bank. My credit reports and I pulled all three, does not show anything I owe to any credit card company. The said company was from 2006. I spoke to a lawyer and was told the statues of limitations. He advised me to disregard this as a scam. I would like for these calls and letters to stop they are causing me mental anguish.Review from Rhonda E

I received a letter dated October 25, 2022 for a collection of money in the amount if $5249.18 from National Action Resolutions Group LLC for a company I have never had any involvement with. I have excellent credit and nothing listed on my report of this citibank company. They also used a last name I haven't used in over 20 years. I think this is a scam. Although I have not called them. This is the second time in several months the I've been contacted by a "company" about a collection that I do not owe from a bank I've never had dealings with. The first company was proven to be a scam in the amount of over $35,000 after investigation. This has GOT to be STOPPED!National Action Resolutions Group LLC Response

To whom it may concern, We would be happy to go over the account details with you. You can call toll free 844-953-1248 to speak with an associate. However, due to this complaint, and even though we have not spoken with this consumer to verify correct identity. I have closed this account and placed it in dispute status. Collection efforts have ceased. Regards, Ashley MReview from Courtney J

I don't understand how this company is not being investigated. My husband received a letter from them. We knew it wasn't right because he never did business with the original creditor. I called and told them they were mistaken and without hesitation they said it was the wrong person. I asked for something in writing and they said they don't do that but about 2 weeks later I received an email with a letter attached stating they have stopped collection efforts. I never gave them an email address. How did they get mine? And the letter was for a different amount and original creditor.National Action Resolutions Group LLC Response

Without looking at this specific account it is hard to explain what might be the issue. However, if you received a letter from NARG with a settlement offer, then yes there would be two different amounts. One is the balance in full and one would be the reduced settlement amount. If you contact our office and the social security number was verified to not be his, then yes, we would have simply had incorrect contact information. I hope this helps. As always, We are available from 9am through 5pm eastern time for any other concerns. 844-953-1248
