So I am homeless at the time I went to social services to receive help and I did everything they asked of me they put me in a hotel that looked like a trap house/murder scene was filthy had soap n mold in the shower toilet was dirty walls degrading they treating us like animals also I am already enrolled in school and I missed the tabe test due to the fact they put me all the way in Niagara falls Blvd with no transportation so I had to walk three hours just to get into town so today I go turn In my house searches they have me do so I can go to class the lady said they denied me and I have to start over after everything they just put me through to get help as if I'm not having emotional distress already they lady was very rude and nasty towards me at the window at dss there was a time before as well I went in for help and another woman was being rude to me as well like they treat us people like **** just cause we need help I don't understand what it is I did wrong she tells me it's because I missed the tabe test but I'm already enrolled in school my teacher tried to tell them and she is like well did someone from here tell u that I'm like no ma'am but I'm enrolled already n my teacher said I've taken a tabe moral of the story people at dss in Niagara county are rude and don't help the way the should and it's sad they deny people that actually doing what they ask of them please someone help
