I went in around 08/25/22 to there lockport ny location to get a root canal I was told my insurance wouldn’t cover it so I had to pay out of pocket when I asked how much it would be the lady I spoke with told me around 400 dollars and I was told that would cover everything so I had a second appointment and I was called and reminded and was told to bring in more more and I told the lady I had already paid for it. She told me I had to pay for the next step and I told her I was told it would cover the entire procedure when I had originally paid. I’m currently out of work and if I was make aware it would cost more I would have went ahead with pulling the tooth. At this point I would like them to keep there word and complete the procedure because I was improperly advised on the cost and was told wrong information otherwise I would like a refund of what I already paid and I can set a appointment up to just have the tooth pulled.Business response

Patient was made a that # 3 was denied in full and went over the cost of tx n The first step is the root canal which when scheduling the appointment he was told that day would be $406. Patient also signed a treatment plan in our office with the fees of the root canal, crown, and post. He also received a denial from ********** in the mail stating fees and that it wa denied. Patient ha called the office several times asking for a refund or to get the rest of the treatment for free or discounted. Please see all notes, treatment plan, and pre authorization that was all given to the patient. Aspire Family Dental will not giving the patient a refund. Thank you.Office Manager
