I wanted to leave a better review, but I am just so utterly disappointed with the service I received from Basil after being a customer for 6+ years. They literally SCREWED me with my lease turn in because I was not getting another vehicle from them. A month ago, they told me how I had all this equity in my vehicle, and they would write me a check on the spot when I turned it in. Well when it came time to turn it in, the market “took a hit” and they could only give me 1k less than my residual. My car is now posted for sale for almost 7k more than what they gave me. All I asked was to walk away free and clear. On top of all that, they seem to be completely clueless and I have gotten several phone calls, text messages and emails from them asking if I was ready to “discuss my next vehicle since my lease was up”. I turned the car in a week ago. We will not be doing business with any Basil dealership in the future, or recommending them.Review from David Z

Terrible Service Department. We dropped off our ATLAS due to a moonroof leak for service on a Thursday, they told us they would have to order the parts, learned parts were to arrive on Saturday. So we decided to leave the car until it was repaired. On Saturday we called to check on the status and were told they would not be able to do the work due the volume of service calls ( Keep in mind they had our car in since Thursday so one would think this would take precedence). My wife rescheduled for a Friday morning appointment, she decided to wait for the work to be completed, after waiting over two hours, service told her it would be another 2+ hours. She would not have waited in the first place if she was informed of the actual time this was going to take. Our main issue is that we had to follow up with the service department at each stage of this process, not once were they proactive in communicating the delays/ status of the work. We will no longer be returning to this location to service our vehicle.
