We had our roof replaced by JP construction, full tear off. After having to contact them multiple times to get the job started, because they came about a month and a half after the given time frame, we were being met with extremely poor customer service. Once the job had started after day one of the two day process we noticed a problem with the roof vent for our hot water tank, it was now crooked after them starting there job, they attempted to fix the problem resulting in a broken hot water tank that needed to be completely replaced. As well as their attempted fix potentially leading to bodily harm to myself and my family. The master plumber who came to replace the hot water tank said they could have killed my family. At this point in time we have missing and damaged shingles that we have contacted the company about multiple times, through calls and documented text messages. Since early May we have requested that they come out and repair the damage. We were told they would be there with a couple days, however they never showed up. We then continued to contact them with no return of our calls or text messages. We still have damage that could be damaging the plywood and underlayment. We had the worst experience with this company in terms of punctuality, customer service, and response to needs and complaints.Business response

BBB spoke to **** at business and the following was relayed:
I was out at their place last Wednesday and spoke with them. Had repairs done by last Friday and confirmed with customer everything was satisfactory and resolved.
