      We bought a used car that is almost brand new . It had low miles and was said was a good car off the lot. We have also purchased the warranty that the dealership offered . We bought a used 2021 **** ecosport Vehicle identification number : ***************** The amount financed is $26.955.60 With monthly payments of $549.68 that we have always paid on time . Total payments of $39,576.96 interest rate of ***** and total sale price was $40.576.9 We bought a car with that much money because we didnt want to have a car that has problems . I have a baby and I bought a car to make my life easier . Within 3 months of driving my car my car broke down in the middle of the high way. I had my baby with me deep into the night on the side of the road . I had no food for her nothing Because we were going home. I had to use my hard earned last bit of money that was for my bills not not supposed to be on my car for towing service twice ! I went to major world took my car they said it had a engine problem and the car engine needed to be swapped out . I asked them for a different car thats still the same price and range as my car now with the same monthly note . Because why did they give me a Lemon car and the car is having severe issues with me just buying the car ? The manager ***** would not help me and instead said if I want a new car my note would be $1000. They are taking advance of my situation and me being a young customer . They sent my car now to a **** dealership its been 2 months I do not have a car . I have a job that my only transportation is my car . I pay all my bills and support my family with this job . I expressed this to the dealership and he is money hungry and do not care . Couple of days ago I got a call saying my car is ready and I drove my car around the block and the car started smoking would not accelerate and kept shutting off . Coolant leaking everywhere and thats it being repaired at a **** service . I do not want all these problems .

      Please be advised that I am looking into the matter.

      If the vehicle is under factory warranty, we have little choice but to send it to an authorized **** dealer for repairs. Otherwise, your factory warranty protections would be voided.

      ***** likely was explaining that a trade of this vehicle (as opposed to a fix under warranty) would require some additional down-payment - and likely a more expensive vehicle, as the EcoSport is one of the most economical purchases that would net the consumer a new-ish vehicle.

      I leased a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 1/14/2023 and have been trying to get help with a lease trade in or buy back. The vehicle has spent nearly three months in the service center with no repair made. I am currently responsible for making payments to a vehicle I cannot drive and major world has failed to assist me. *** been told I would get calls from a manager and have not yet received call to date. Chrysler customer service is refusing to assist with a trade in or buy back and has notified me to contact Chrysler Capital. Chrysler capital is telling me to speak to the dealership and they are failing to assist in the matter. Per lemon law this vehicle has been services more than 3 occasions for the same reason and Chrysler has failed to send a technician to fix the issue with the vehicle. It is a scam to customers to charge them for a vehicle when it is in non driving condition. I will be contacting the attorney general as this dealership fails to care about its customers. I want a buy back of the vehicle or trade in my lease as this vehicle is a lemon!

       We greatly appreciate your frustration - but we sincerely would like to finish the work necessary as well - we have limited storage for new Jeep repairs and make nothing from a car sitting unrepaired.

      Unfortunately,  without a financial contribution by yourself, this vehicle is difficult if not impossible to trade out of, given it is a lease. Perhaps a call to Jeep's customer service people ************** might help - they could assist where we cannot.

      Ive purchased a 2016 *** 528i from Major World on May 5th. The deal was finalized May 13th. I put down $2000 and financed one payment of ******. Everything was nice and smiles as I was purchasing the car. When the time came to test drive it. The back left wheel had low tire pressure! The cars system told me. I asked my sales associate ******** Whats wrong with the back left tire? He claimed it just needed some air. That is completely valid and understandable. So before I left with the vehicle, their mechanic filled it up and I was on my way. Not even a week later the tire dropped to 0. I dont even drive often. My father took the car to All city Tire on May 12th where they inspected the wheels. I have 4 mismatching tires on a *** which is illegal. As well the back left rim is cracked. There are 2 welds that were there from prior attempts to fix it. To no avail. So on May 23rd my dad brought the car to Major World to as the manager said hed fix it. They did a temporary fix for the rim and ordered 4 new matching tires. The temporary fix made the problem worse and I have to spend a couple dollars A DAY if Im driving the car to keep it from being flat. So on May 23rd they ordered a new replacement rim. Except they didnt its been 3 weeks with no update on the rim. After a couple attempts at calling to find out the status of it, TODAY June 13th I ask for proof of the purchase. The lady on the phone with me does a complete 180 and says we didnt order the rim, come in tomorrow to speak to the manager. Not only was that problem sold to me, so it should be fixed by law but I purchased an additional all wheel warranty for $2k. So they cant fix it and wont replace it even though theyre supposed to. By law theyre supposed to give me a refund/return or equal exchange if they cant fix an issue within 3 attempts. So now I have to get an attorney for the CORRECT thing to happen

      I recently visited Major World with the intention of purchasing a car and had a highly disappointing experience. After putting a deposit down to hold a car and scheduling a pick-up for Saturday, I received a call while on my way to the car lot informing me that the car had been sold. The manager, ***********************, handled the situation in a hostile and unpleasant manner. Despite our agreement and my deposit, the car was sold without regard for our arrangement. When I went to the car lot for a refund, Manager *********************** was confrontational and unprofessional. His hostile demeanor only added to the frustration of the situation. I expected better customer service and professionalism from *******************************************, especially from a manager. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and I would caution others considering doing business here. The lack of respect and professionalism displayed by Manager *********************** is unacceptable in any customer-oriented industry.

      I left my car at Chevrolets service on April 11, 2024 because one of the employees told me that my transmission failed. I asked when can i expect my vehicle back & he told me that he would call me. It is now April 18th, i called & ***** (a male) told me that they ordered the wrong part and had to wait for another one & that my car should be ready Monday April 21st. I call back Monday and the receptionist tells me that ***** doesnt work on ************** will transfer me to a service manger. Every time from this point on, when I called to speak to a service manager, hes either going to call me back and never does or my call gets forwarded to voicemail. I made my way to Chevrolet on Thursday April 25th. I finally Speak to the service manager and he tells me they ordered the wrong part to my car twice & then they realize it was the transmission. Now Im on a waiting list for a transmission which can take 4-5 days or 1-2 ********** use my car for work purposes only. They cannot give me a date as to when my car can be fixed and i cannot take my car with me because theyre saying it doesnt drive because they already took it apart. So i dont Know when i can get back to work and they are not giving me a loaner car which they are supposed to in my case. I bought this car may 6, 2023 and it is now April 25th, 2024 and Im already having transmission problems and i cant even receive a loaner car (rental) for my wait time. Please i need your help.

      greedy greedy finance managers not even the sales managers. I came to the dealership on Saturday for a car. Yes my credit was challenging but with an co-********************* , the blonde haired lady who sits at the front desk and ***** was able to get a deal on the table for me. First they offered me a ***** 2017 with ******* miles..the bank said no. They tried to force me to take ***** equinox 2022.. I said no .. so I ending up picking out a 2022 ****** Altima after signing paper work and putting $4500 down ******** the finance manager told me that I couldnt get the car due to inspection and servicing and I had to wait until Sunday or Monday. I spoke to him Sunday and he said he had no drivers to do the inspection. & he will call me back. Never did. Monday arrived and the bank called me to speak with me and asked if I had the car. I told them I was coming in to major world to pick it up. because it was getting service today. On Monday 03/04/2023 ******** the sales manager told me when I came in I couldnt get the car until crescent trust bank funds the account even though he had an approval code. The bank told me they wont fund the account until I get the car. Tuesday 03/05/2024 same outcome I couldnt get the vehicle until the bank funds the account. The bank wont fund the account because they are verifying information which I understand but holding the car hostage because you didnt get your money right then and there from the bank even with an approval code is crazy. Ive been spending my money for 4 days straight back and forth to the dealership to get the car. ******** would not release the car and his reason is the bank didnt fund the account. The bank told me funding the vehicle has nothing to do with me getting the car. ******** the finance **************** who is suppose to be the senior manager is and was holding the car hostage until they get money from the back. Horrible tactics to try and get money from the bank is crazy because its crazy and horrible. I wouldnt recommend this place. Stay away I ended up cancelling my deal. Thankfully I had someone else working on the side to get me a deal with a different bank. This place is crazy and Im happy I didnt do the deal. They think cuz your credit is bad that nobody will want you but thats not true. Dont let them try to intimidate or make you feel like other dealerships wont accept you.

      I went to major world ***** (***** ************* quuens ** ***** ) in queens on sunday 10/22/2023 we made deal and everything i paid them to security deposit 500$ and we made deal for car ***** bolt ev and i told them i will come and pay rest of my balance for down payment on Wednesday i signed all documents for buying car they made hard inquired to bank and get approved from bank for that car i signed all bank needs documents When i went there Wednesday they told me we raised to price ****** and sold to car another person when we made deal it was ****** $ and they said we will return your money i told them i want to car not money and this is not ethics . And their manager told me now a lot of people want to get a electric car thats why they raised price 3000$ extra Now my credit score went down cause for hard inquirie and we made deal i signed all paperwork for bank and bank know i was getting that car can they do this ? There is no penalty for this ??

      My name is ************************************* I bought a 2019 ram **** from major world vin #***************** in September 2020 nut sure the date to be honest but the truck has 60k miles on it we also purchased the extended warranty on the truck so I still have coverage as per dealer when I spoke to them a week ago. My issue with this truck started on September 9 when in *** we had heavy rain and my truck came to a complete stop I presume electrical because I would not get any power so we change battery because we believe that was the problem but It didn't turn on . we left truck alone for 3 days and it dried up and truck turn on so we presumed truck was ok didn't pay much attention to it. Then back on September 18 again we had very heavy rain and while driving on the whitestone expressway the truck came to a complete stop on the third lane bearly made it out to the shoulder almost got hit by oncoming traffic , we waited in the shoulder for 4 hours for a tow truck. Following day I called major world to try to get problem resolved and major world told me it will be a 3 week wait.I told them no problem I just need a diagnostic before truck dries up and turns on again because it happen before, i told them I don't care about fix I just need a diagnosis because it became a dangerous situation driving my family around in this truck, but the manager in service told us that it wasn't his problem after truck turn on so I argue with him telling him I need a diagnosis just to see what's wrong I but he would not help I called the dealer but no-one will help us at this point I paid 300 to tow truck there and left it in a fire hydrant to see if I would receive some help upto today truck Is sitting there but it hasn't turn on . My sister and myself at this point don't want to take this truck back because like I told manager luckily we made it to the shoulder this time but maybe next time we won't be so lucky but manager just didn't care about I'm at a point I don't know what to .
