      An item was purchased in December 2022 and since that time a monthly charge (BBTOYS ******************, ************ (without any service or product provided) was charged each month WITHOUT MY CONSENT. After reading other reviews and comments, if appears that this has happened to others. This is a predatory business practice that needs to be stopped. I want a full refund of all illegitimate charges and I want the the business to be stopped from doing this to others.

      We ordered a toy in December 2020 for $27.20. In July 2022, we realized the company had been charged us $9.99 a month on our credit card for "insurance and some VIP service" which we never opted into and there was no consent given on the order. There was a link to a policy in fine print, but it was totally a scam. I have been emailing them for months and months (well over a year) to ask them to refund the "insurance" which is simply inexcusable. We did not opt into an insurance policy and ****** of charges from a $27 purchase. They should not be doing this to families. I'm happy to pay for the items bought ($27), but the 600% charges for insurance should be refunded.

      Purchased one item and the seller set up recuring charge every month. Refused to cancel or remove the recuring charge. The seller continues to try and charge it each month. have to call credit card company to get it removed.

      Back in May 2023, I purchased two toys for my nephew for his birthday. Now, I am getting a $10.71 reoccurring charge on **** that I never authorized. I have no idea what the charge is for as I never signed up for a subscription or authorized these reoccurring charges. I also reached out to the company and never received a response.

      Order some of the product a number of months ago and just noticed the completely ludicrous reoccurring charge of $10.64 a month for a product I only purchased once. Im not seeking reimbursement or anything, I just want the reoccurring charge to stop.

      Looking for an retro gift I stumbled across BBToys website. I spent 50$ with them to purchase theyre product. I receive the product and actually didnt have many complaints. My main complaint is that theyve been charging my joint bank account 10$ every month for a subscription of warranty. This company doesnt respond to or answer calls regarding this warranty. So even if I was trying to use it Im not allowed but still being charged. *** tried removing this off of my statement and even got a new card but the company seems to have stolen my bank information and renters it. Regardless of if I signed the acceptance of this payment they are still not upholding what the subscription offers, which is scamming and illegal. Were not looking for a refund we just want our bank information out of theyre data base, and to stop being charged for a service they do not provide.

      I placed an order for beyblades through BBToys as a Christmas gift. Since then, I've been charged $10.59 per month for something I can't don't know anything about. I filed a dispute through my credit card company who found for BBToys saying they had documentation. I don't have an account with BBToys to remove my credit card information or to see past purchases. I have no supporting documents due to never having signed up for anything.

      Bought items from them a while ago, not worth the price especially considering they were fake. Then they charge me 10 dollars a month without my consent and i have never agreed to anything that would make them take my money.

      I bought some beyblades for my son at least a year ago. I have apparently been being charged $9.99 per month since. At first I thought it was one of his subscription svc he has for gaming but then I asked him about it and he didn't know what it was either. I looked up the company and have found out this has been happening to a lot of people. I just want them to stop charging my account.
