  BAD BUSINESS. AVOID AT ALL COST.I had an appointment at 4pm on 1/4/23 and no one showed up! I had a babysitter and took the afternoon off from work to get this done. I called the number and a person told me someone would call me back. A person named ***** called to tell me no one would be there. I said to ************ wanted the service for free since I would have to do it on another day babysitter and possibly take time from work again. She hung up on me! Ha seriously stay away if you like sanity.Oh and also, this company is just a tiny cramped rented room among a bunch of other businesses in a weird building on *************.

  After our investigation regarding this prospect's complaint,we would like to apologize to *************************** for not having immediate backup service representative in place to cover this unexpected instance where our service representative had to cancel all the appointments for the remainder of the day due to a family emergency.  As a small business, we are proud to serve countless clients with their plates and registration needs and all we've received is thank you and thank you very much for our service.

  
  *************************** is a prospect who is seeking for a free consultation regarding his problem. And failed to understand and have any compassion for the individual who has to be absence from his shift due to unfortunate and unforeseeable circumstance. Nevertheless, *************************** should not scream, and threaten the lady over the phone.  At no chance our business will tolerate this type of bully behavior to any of our representatives regardless who is having a bad day.

  
  Lastly, thank you to *************************** for taking his valuable time to comment on every single one of our social platforms and leaving hating messages to express his emotions.  This will be a great example to our clients and prospects that what type of behaviors our business will not tolerate and we have zero room for this type of negativity in office.  Businesses beware of this type of prospects at all cost.

  
  PS: Yes, our LIC office is among hundreds of other businesses in a commercial office building. What does our office and hundreds of other small offices have against you that you are hating us all?
